Early days but appears to work perfectly
This app works with certain Wifi enabled Ecowater Softeners. I've only had the softener installed a couple of days but as is quite common, it's under a the sink, which makes it awkward to access the control panel. With this app, (and the website) I won't need to touch it the panel. The app v1.8 (83) is well designed and appears to be stable. I suspect once the novelty has warn off I won't use the app very often, as it will alert me when the salt needs replacing anyway.Show lessM.C.S.
Solid app
I love the water usage reporting. It allows me to make smarter choices so I can reduce my overall water bill each month. I'd love to also know how I compare to my neighbors and I'd love to be able to have the app coordinate with amazing prime to send new salt bags to my door.Prwilke1
Useless
This product is basically useless. Too many bugs and crashes. Can't sent messages to support through App.Kev842015
Very high in quality.
I love all the features that this has. There is no other water softener that has an app like this. I love it!jreyes1811
