So far it’s good with only having the system installed for a week. Noticed on graphs water running when not at home turns out sons toilet flapper was causing running water. Would be nice if able to zoom screen on graphs. Hard to see the numbers on the X and Y axis.Sir Ebony
No problems
I have had no problems using this app. Gave me an alert that I had water running in the house, turns out I forgot to shut of the garden hose all the way. Ease report quickly tells me everything I need to know like manufacturing information, recharge status. Always get a quick answer through customer support.Show lessButts boy

Almost worthless..
Most anything you would want to do other than recharge your system, you need to do / change on the website. They really need to update this app to match the control / settings.Malice890
Crashing
In general the app has worked well over the last month or so. Great to be able to keep tabs on water usage, and the system as a whole seems to be working great. However this morning the app crashes every time i open it.Feint
The Contact Support button crashes the app.

Good info bad at communicating when it works
I think this app has potential but it's not there yet. Some functions appear in the app but don't work and you have to go to the website to use them. Makes me wonder why there's an app if the website has more functionality. Can't control alerts, recharge, etc
