  • App useless without location enabled

    Why is it so difficult to automatically default to the home location set in the app when the location service on the phone is not turned on? Why select a default store in the first place? I generally do not need to have location tracking enabled on my phone but for some reason some developers seem to insist on it.

  • Used to be life changing…

    So apparently you removed for me to choose a location to activate the pump no matter where I’m located. Please put that back. This was a great benefit to a parent. I could activate a pump for my child from anywhere and now I can’t. He was out of gas and I couldn’t turn on a pump while he sat there. I shouldn’t have to give my account login to help anyone out when in need. I’ve also been able to pay for my elderly parents gas when they desperately needed it to get to dr appt. Please turn this valuable option back on!!!!!!

    dontwant1, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this change, however there is too much fraud and security risk to allowing the long-range activation. We strongly recommend having their device logged in to activate the pump while at the station or nearby, vs. the method you described. Once their app is logged in, it should remain logged in for a very long time and you wouldn't need to share access information.
  • I really like this app but…..

    This is a decent app and I really like the rewards program and such but what’s frustrating for me is what I’ve read from other users where you sit at the pump trying over and over in vain to use the rewards and it won’t load so you end up paying regular price for your gas. It counteracts the rewards benefits, doesn’t it? Then, I also don’t like having to use the last four of my social security number to register my debit card. Don’t you know how much more sensitive that information is? I don’t like it and want to add my debit card but I’m NOT going to share any part of my social, period! To save money on gas and other things? I don’t think so. I’d rather cancel it all and go elsewhere. Please change that requirement. In today’s world where so much theft and corruption are rampant I would hope you see the logic in this.

    I'm sorry the enrollment process hasn't met your expectations. We request this information when a customer signs up for payment as a security feature. This verifies your identity as the checking account owner, and helps us collect payment in the event of a returned transaction. I understand if you are uncomfortable sharing this information. You can certainly use the Parker's Rewards card without payment. All members earn 10¢ off per gallon with every $25 you spent inside the store. You also receive exclusive pricing on fountain drinks, fresh food, and more. You do not need to add payment to enjoy these benefits.
  • The recent update for this app is terrible

    The recent update (March 2023) has made this app difficult to use. When searching for locations, you only have a small window to scroll through all the locations. Can’t get it to expand, or maybe I’m doing something wrong? It’s even worse when you want to use the pay at pump feature, the window for that is less then 1/4 inch. Please, please please fix this! The old version was much better.

  • Sometimes change is not good

    There was no need to make it so difficult to use the app after an update. It was so difficult to get to use to pay at the pump portion of the app that I didn’t even get gas because it was going to take me at least five minutes to update the app and you guys had the information already. Sometimes you have to understand that change, and when I say, change, having to reestablish everything on an app as a inconvenience on a whole new level. Come on guys do you think that people that aren’t phone app friendly are going to figure this out? if you guys have the information already, it should self populate. This can be highly confusing and annoying for some people it was for me at first I had to sit down, and actually go through all of this again.

  • Parker's Rewards club - link bank account?

    I've been going to Parker's for gas recently since it was on my way home and a couple cents cheaper than others. And, I thought I'd get the app/an account so I could get the discounted price advertised on the marker. Come to find out, you have to link your banking account and pay using that rather than a credit card. First off, yeah, that's nice to have the extra 10¢ off, but I'm not going to link a checking or savings account to this for my security. I'd rather link my credit card. This is perfect for some, but not for me. Thank you.

  • Worst Privacy App I’ve Ever used

    Wasted 45 minutes trying to sign up
    App has no error messages but could not get sign up to work even using a card they gave me. App developers have you even tested this pIece of garbage ? If Sign Up button requires all fields to be correct, at least highly the field you think is incorrect.
    It’s Birthdate, Name, Email , Gender, Zip and Phone Number, and 3 opt-ins for marketing/agree. What the heck could go wrong!

  • Constantly Signing me out

    Nothing more frustrating than going to scan my rewards with a line and oh no, I've been signed out for whatever reason for the 5th time this week. Enable FaceID, sure! But lets not actually enable it and let you use it. If incompetence was an app, it'd be this app.

  • App constantly crashes

    Every time I open the app, it does Face ID to log in and crashes. The app is completely unusable and needs to be fixed. I see this is a common problem but nothing has been done about it.
