  • Constantly crashes

    App crashes almost every single time I try to use it. To get it to work, I have to completely restart my phone multiple times and then it only works 1 time. Almost impossible to get gas anymore. Used to think it was my old phone, but it still did it the first time I tried to use it on my new iPhone
  • Rude and disrespectful

    I ordered online so I could skip the line and was told I had to reorder and get inline. I showed her the receipt online and she laughed thought her rudeness was funny.

    This store needs serious attention and staff training.
  • Not secure sharing so much personal info

    As the title indicates I don’t wish to share any of my social security info at all. In today’s world there is so much compromised accounts everywhere and in the wrong hands it’s very dangerous. If you would remove that requirement for payment registration then I’m fine with that. Not sharing my social as I don’t think it’s worth it.

  • Asks for a lot of PII

    If you’re worried about your data and privacy, know that sign up requires full birthdate with year for some reason. What’s worse is to add a payment method on the app, they asked for driver’s license number and last 4 of your social security number. I have other apps that don’t require this level of PII that is used to pay for local services. Just seems a bit excessive.

  • Great potential but……

    The app in the beginning was Fantastic!!!!!! Love all the features…… However, as time went by the part of the app for trying to pay for gas coupled with trying to use the discount you get off gas from in store purchases worked sparingly. I spent a few times sitting at the Parkers pump just trying to get the app to work to get through the process so I can use my discount. I’ve had times where I couldn’t use the app at all and paid at the pump, therefore I didn’t get my discount. Also at the pump you can put in your Parker’s rewards number (your phone number) and you are supposed to get the rewards price for gas, which is some where between 5 & 10 cents. However, that doesn’t always work and I’m paying for the non member price of gas. It would be nice to fix the bug within the APP to allow for constant use to pay and receive the discount, as this is the only way to use your discount of gas. It would also be nice to fix the bug that allows for Parker’s rewards members to get the member discount off gas when putting in the number. And believe me, I know my number so I haven’t “fat fingered” the number at the pump.

  • The App keeps crashing even after I restart my cell or login

    Not sure what to even think of it I try to add it to my Apple wallet and it crashes and kicks me out
  • App is garbage

    App crashes everytime I try to use it. It's the only app on my phone that does so. Everything is up to date. Fix this!!
  • Ordering from the app

    Parkers is great. I spend money there daily.
    Especially on catfish & cups of ice. I hate the app, because it does not have a fluid set up that allows me to order what I would normally order inside. And also it would be nice if I was able to add notes.
    If I can’t order from the app the same as I would inside, then it’s not conducive for me to earn points. Because I end up spending more money Than what I would’ve.
