Alternating Workouts
Workouts should alternate. Week 1 starts with the squat, bench press, and row. Week 2 should start with squat, overhead press, and deadlift. Unless there is a way to change this in the app which I haven't found.Great except for deadlifts
As others said, on DL it wants you to go 5x5. The StrongLifts program wants you to do 1x5 for deadlift because of the volume. Otherwise it's a great app. Love the automatic 2 minute timer in between setsGood but one issue
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the day you deadlift is supposed to be 1x5 instead of 5x5 according to the program. That's too much volume after heavy squatsGreat app
Does just what is says it will doSolid program
It would be better if the weights increased by itself per day. Also you can't change target weight once you start the program. All in all the program is good. I would pay to get additional features but not just to get ads off.Not bad

This is a great app and it's easy to track your workouts,but everywhere I checked online has deadlift sets at 1x5 not 5x5 so be careful!Great!

Not the app for you if you like to keep track of your workout. App repeatedly restarts and loses all information.Nice interface
It has a clean interface and it does the job it advertises. The bottom ads are not too distracting either.
