Not enough free puzzles
The app is fun but you only get one free puzzle a day and they expect you to pay for more. You can’t load your own photos to turn into puzzles and the rewards to earn puzzles take too long to accumulate and most require paid puzzles or sets to be completed to earn further rewards.Mom2darlingboys

Great way to pass time
This app is pretty neat. I have been using it for a little over 2 weeks. I have read a lot of the reviews, mostly as a FAQ. I believe the developers are trying to make the improvements suggested. I have purchased one of the bundles and the puzzles I now own are clearly marked but you do have to click around. Seems like the store would show you all the options but the play page would only be unlocked and in-prog puzzles. Lots of cool images to play however it would be nice to preview what packs are in the bundles. If i knew what images I was getting, it would be easier to commit to a purchase. I luckily found a review in the apple App Store where the developer shared a link to the mega/super bundle inclusions, that was very helpful but took a lot of research to determine the inclusions. It was hard to find the one I wanted the most in the store as it wasn’t in the banner ads at the top. It would be nice to be able to see your progress on earning the awards/coins. Maybe if you could click on the award and have it show a xx/50 progress bar or something. This would be helpful in checking status on daily puzzles and the large completion ones. I do echo another reviewer as it would be nice to have more ways to earn coins as some of the challenges are difficult, i.e the timed completions.Show lessWhitney P.

We are currently working on creating a page to clearly display all of your purchases, so that you don't need to click around to find them. We have noted your suggestion to preview the puzzles within the bundle packs before purchasing! As for the rewards system, our achievements feature is currently undergoing some remodelling to create a more user-friendly and rewarding experience. I love it!!! But...
It’s the best game to play whilst sitting at home doing a puzzle a day but, when I was doing the little mermaid puzzle in the starter pack, it glitched out and i had to start again. So I did. It kept on happening! Pls fix it then i will give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased packs disappeared not response from company
Please be aware that only contact with company is email and I’m not only one not getting response from my google searches.
My paid packs which were not cheap have disappeared and seeing no response from company looks like I will take issue up with Apple.. don’t let good Disney name fool you as this might be some tiny Shonky company piggy backing off big Disney nameShow lessTisheel

Why oh why does the free puzzle suddenly say..check your internet connection...there is nothing wrong with my connection..all other puzzles work perfectly..so I feel mightily disappointed about not getting my free puzzle today..hope it comes back again one day...who knows...apart from that I have great fun with the ones that I bought and are working ok..Show lesszozyred

I like this as I’m a Disney nut but rarely play as 64 pieces just aren’t enough. I have another jigsaw app that I use regularly (can select 9 - over 500 pieces (not sure of the exact max number as I usually go for 400)) but the pictures are largely unappealing. I don’t mind paying for pictures I like but don't on this app as there's no challenge. I appreciate it' probably aimed at a younger audience but I'm sure there are plenty of adults out there (like me) who would pay good money for good size puzzles and younger players could still select fewer pieces. Hopefully the 'new' owners will address this?Show lessUrsanewf

My son loves this app. It bugs a lot and kicks him out every few puzzles but he still loves it.
