Where are the new puzzles for November
I love these puzzles and have spent a lot of money purchasing them. I even spent the money on the VIP membership the last 2 years. We haven’t had a new puzzle pack since July. What’s going on??? I could always count on new puzzle packs every month. Can you please let us know when we will be getting some new puzzles. Preferably some Halloween onesShow lessruhro64

I love everything Disney and love jigsaw puzzles. So, I thought this was a “no brainer” for me. The fact that you have to purchase so much in order to proceed/advance is ridiculous. And yes, I have purchased puzzle bundles. BUT the one that I purchased that is useless is the 2019 Valentines Day package. I order to “pass” this you must complete THIRTY(30) puzzles. But guess what........unless fixed no one will ever pass this level. WHY.......because there are ONLY 29 puzzles to solve!! Someone dropped the ball on this one!!Show lessTrex4051
Missing puzzle prizes
It’s good fun but when you’ve spent ages collecting to get a puzzle prize you have to do that puzzle straight away as once you’ve pressed back you can’t find your puzzle you’ve just spent ages collecting to get! The only time I see my puzzle prizes is when I eventually win another but there’s nowhere they are stored where you can access them apart from when you trade in your hard earned tokens.Show lessgemzwood

Didn’t get puzzle I paid real money for
My daughter was really enjoying this game till she was bored of the limited few puzzles to select. So I decided to purchase a puzzle with real money and it never unlocked never received it can’t open them or use it so that was a waste of money and the response so far is useless and unsatisfactory I demand my money back if I can’t have the puzzle I paid for not impressedShow lessjokerman180
Really Disney still cannot access prize puzzles!?
I can tell by reading the reviews that this has been an issue for a while. I have not yet bought any puzzles I have just played the starter pack and free daily puzzles. I have earned some prize puzzles but have no way to access them unless I get another prize. But that doesn’t solve the problem as you can choose a puzzle but then not get back in to choose any more. Ridiculous it has been an issue for so long and putting me off spending money on the game and the main reason my star rating is so low.Show lessMamaCoco99
Cannot access earned puzzles
The puzzles are great (although very expensive if you want to play beyond the free puzzles!) However, the biggest criticism is that there is no way to access the puzzles you have earned through achievements until you earn another one (which takes a while after a certain point). This is extremely frustrating when you just want this as a fun little app to pass time and not spend a lot of money.Show lessalexandrakirby

Love it but it could be better
I love the free daily puzzle and have had no issues with getting all the unpurchased achievements. An enhancement I would like to see is that when you have completed the puzzle all the jigsaw outlines are removed so you can enjoy the finished picture. Disappointing to read that the VIP passes don’t work as well as expected and that stops me from purchasing anything. Is this because a persons expectations were too high or misunderstood the offers.
