app crashes after update :(

First impression didn’t go so well.
The concept is great, but the interface isn’t user friendly. However, I figured it was a learning curve so I decided to make a post to schedule to Instagram. So I did. I made sure my accounts were linked. And I created a post and scheduled it for this same day, just two hours ahead of the time I created it.
Two hours goes by and I get a notification stating that my scheduled post was posted to my Instagram. I go to my Instagram and it is not there. I came back to Planoly to see my post, so I clicked” post now” at the bottom of the screen and it deleted my post entirely. There is actually not even a folder that it is residing in.
Unfortunately, this is not the best first time use of this app, but I really don’t want to invest my time in future posts just to have them not post as scheduled or disappear entirely.Show lessLilyKora
IGTV doesn’t show up in planning feed
I love the app but IGTV doesn’t show in the planning section even after I’ve connected my Instagram account. It messes up my planning and I need to know if I need to use another app that can accommodate igtvBassangel.Kt
Ruined by last iPad update
This app used to be absolutely excellent, but seems the last iPad update has rendered the app functionally unusable on iPad. It now asks you to log in all over again every time you open the app, the components on the home screen overlap and you can't click things properly. The layout of the homepage now includes the calander rather than just your posts and it's super visually messy and cramped (and no landscape mode so you can't even rotate to spread things out/fix overlap). It won't load photos properly and if they do load, you can't type anything because the elements overlap. And to top it off, the app now crashes continually. Wish I had auto app updates turned off. App has annoying bugs
When selecting a scheduling time, the hours and minutes dropdowns keep spinning back to other times. I select a future date first, then the hour, then the minutes. There is no excuse for the app’s annoying behaviour. I have had to reselect hours, minutes or both repeatedly before it will ‘take’. Patience may be a virtue but it’s not one of mine. I dislike having my time wasted by badly coded software.
Another annoyance is being allowed to set a geotag after setting a scheduled time, then only on saving to be told that if you use the geotag you must post now and can’t include a geotag in a scheduled post. So why not pop up the message on tapping the geotag icon if a scheduled time has already been set? Instead of letting the user waste time searching and selecting their location? This is frankly lazy developing and wouldn’t get past dedicated software testers.Show lessajpics

I haven’t gotten the chance to use it as much. But one thing I do suggest to add or change ASAP is how many accounts you can have. The one thing I don’t like is no matter what subscription you’re paying for you can only have two accounts. I have 3 to manage. I also suggest that the autopost feature shouldn’t only be for business accounts. For my personal account I don’t have a Facebook account linked to it so it’s a bit frustrating that I can’t use that feature. I work in a hospital setting and I can’t be on my phone posting at a certain time for my personal account. It would be nice to have that option available to any type of account. Error pops up telling you you aren’t signed in at any accounts when you are.

The hardest app I ever used.
So frustrating. I reauthorized my planoly account to Facebook over a hundred times and it still isn’t working. For every single post I add to the grid it says it’s ineligible for auto post - then I’ve to go through all the steps and reauthorize and it still doesn’t work in the end. the auto post option is the only reason I got the account. like why even bother with the app if I can’t use the auto post. I’m going to give it one more try and if it doesn’t work - that’s it. I’m cancelling my subscription.Show less3sammie3
Constant issues but good customer service.
I have been using Planoly for over 2 years and have been paying for the app. When it works it’s great.
However ,on multiple occasions the app says that my payment is not up to date when it is. I have a subscription through apple.
Customer service is always great willing to help and says that this happens when purchasing Thor it the Apple store . However it’s always multiple days of me going back and forth to try and fix the app and hook it back to my account. It’s turning more into a head ace than a help.🤦🏽♀️
