When you logged in with Apple ID on your new device, Apple hid your identity and thus your subscription from us. We are sorry for the inconvenience! Here is how to resolve this issue: Open the IDAGIO app on your old phone. Then go to your Settings, via the little cog wheel icon in the top right corner of your Collection. Take note of the Account Email mentioned there. If you do not recognise this address, it is likely an Apple alias address assigned to you by Apple to hide your identity from us. Share it with me via help@idagio.com , and I am happy to change it to any other email address of your choice. Then, go to app.idagio.com/forgot-password on your computer, and enter the address to your account. We will then send a new password to your email, which you can use on up to 6 devices to login with your Premium account.
