Don’t Want To Pay For Free Version !

I had this app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max.. Paid for worked fine. But since I upgraded to the 15 Pro Max it has only given me the free version though I am paying for it ( and yes I checked the App Store ) It works with premium on my old phone ( but that has poorer battery life ) and really ! I have never had this problem with any app before. I tried unsubscribing and subscribing again. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. After unsubscribing ( again ) , starting afresh with a different email, and subscribing to a higher tier Premium Plus so my subscription started anew today, the same thing happened. Freemium for a Premium price. Can’t tap on and play any track I want. Playlists in shuffle mode. Notice when I tap individual tracks that I need to subscribe. But I am subscribed ! I am certain of it . Not an app for anyone who wants to update their device. Unbelievable.

Response from developer

When you logged in with Apple ID on your new device, Apple hid your identity and thus your subscription from us. We are sorry for the inconvenience! Here is how to resolve this issue: Open the IDAGIO app on your old phone. Then go to your Settings, via the little cog wheel icon in the top right corner of your Collection. Take note of the Account Email mentioned there. If you do not recognise this address, it is likely an Apple alias address assigned to you by Apple to hide your identity from us. Share it with me via help@idagio.com , and I am happy to change it to any other email address of your choice. Then, go to app.idagio.com/forgot-password on your computer, and enter the address to your account. We will then send a new password to your email, which you can use on up to 6 devices to login with your Premium account. Do not hesitate to get in touch via email please, as this enables me to help faster and more directly with such issues. High battery utilization

While otherwise great, this app’s battery utilization is very high on my device (iPhone 12).

Idagio

Ausome choice and excellent searching tools. The telephone help available is the best I have ever used. The reproduction of the classics is reliably very, very good. Many thanks for all your achievements.

Excellent app dedicated to Classical Music

It is very refreshing to be able to find a streaming application dedicated to Classical Music. Clearly, the developers and their staff are passionate about the genre, and have a depth of understanding that perhaps is not so apparent with many streaming services. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a a five is that playlists do not display album covers on playback, making it a hassle to learn what album a work is from.

To find out more info about the music you are currently listening to, open what we call the Maxi player, by tapping the area above the Browse / Discover / ... symbols on the bottom. If you then tap the title of the work playling, it will take you to this Recording's page. There, it is mentioned, on which albums you could find this recording. Do not hesitate to get in touch via help@idagio.com, if anything should have been left unclear. Happy listening! Lukas @ IDAGIO - Classical music streaming

latest update will not accept login

I have had a subscription to adagio for some years, but it seems that since the last update to your app, it simply shut down when I key in my login details and password

The music of dreams

I cannot afford to pay the subscription but they let me listen to it in a limited way if it was less expensive maybe I would pay ! A discount for the older music lover with limited spending power❤️

Changing Listening Habits

I’ve immensely enjoyed classical music during my childhood but as time passed by I grew apart. IDAGIO has become a part of my daily routine in the recent years and fills my days with nostalgia and joy, thanks to lossless streaming quality and a generous selection. So far I haven’t come across any annoying technical problems and their curation is also praise worthy.

Enjoyable

Great app easy to use, really enjoy that the ads aren’t blaring louder then the music and they’re soft like the classical music. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys classical and opera music.

Wonderful

Wonderful repertoire of classical music. One comment : I Have tried the premium plan with no-loss music, and it was good but it was hard to tell which works were really great recordings (I had high quality headphones).

So-so app but amazing service

IDAGIO is a *fantastic* service, but this app needs work — a lot if it. It’s stable, so it doesn’t crash, which reality matters. But the user interface is lacking, and the user experience is worse. For example, when I use it with a Sonos system, the IDAGIO app forgets that it’s playing music — so there's no way to pause / stop the music (I have to use Sonos), identity what's playing (same or, worse, Shazam?!), or even just change the volume (and the app doesn’t respond to the volume buttons on an iPhone, so you have to use the slider buried behind the AirPlay icon). The app’s screen is consumed by fairly static rows of offerings (do we *really* need it to recommend Bach or Vivaldi every time we open it?), instead of dynamic presentations of what you’ve listened to or might like. In fact, accessing what you’ve listened to / like / etc is consistently difficult, as if it were a design goal — it always takes too many steps, and the way things are presented is always disappointing). But IDAGIO is an amazing service, their app basically works, and I want to support them, so four stars. They could do SO MUCH to make this a genuinely transformative app. I hope they do.
