Needs network???
I am having the same issue others are having with the message at startup that we need to be connected to a network. I am and have gone through every troubleshooting step except resetting my network settings. Would like to avoid this. I hope for a fix soon since the app hasn’t been updated in a while

Connectivity An Issue
I love the concept, a connected jump rope and WHEN it works it’s a great tool to use when training. However, connectivity is an issue. I’ve been using the jump rope now for nearly 4 months, and today I spent 15 minutes throughout my training session troubleshooting the connection. So disappointed.
Mixed feelings
The device is cool and well done. The iPhone app is at best mediocre. The Watch app is abysmal
Has a lot of potential
Been using this for about a week now and I love the smart rope. The app however needs some updates. It constantly puts my workouts on the wrong days and does not let me fix it. The interval section would be really great if you could create custom intervals. These updates would make the system much more worth the purchase.

App won’t open
The app keeps saying it needs a network to work even if there is one
I enjoy the app but there are some kinks.
I really enjoy this app a whole lot. My biggest issue is that sometimes when I connect to my app, the app tells me that I have a off network jump to record. I leave the rope in the box after every use and only pull it out to workout. This is rather frustrating as I like to keep my workouts logged correctly.
Can you also create the ability for us to make our own intervals please?

Good
Great product but the app to go with could do so much more. Adding people from the leader board for conditions would be excellent. More interval options would also be good
Way better than any of these stupid low ratings
I saw the ratings before downloading it and it didn’t phase me then! I bought the smart rope, it’s a great length and charges quickly. It connected quickly and immediately suggested that I download the app and install any firmware updates in the app. So I did both, it connect and updated quickly. It connects to my Apple health app. It swings very smoothly. I counted up to 50 swings in a row and checked the app and it read I had completed 50 swings. It’s accurate and quick and beautifully designed. The people who gave this a low rating probably didn’t update their firmware but that should be a must with all apps. Most of the time it’s a user error. I had zero issues with this app and I highly recommend it for others! It even has built in exercises if you are any level including beginners. I love this app!

App doesn’t work.
The app worked great for a couple weeks, but now suddenly it has the same problem as everyone else: it claims there is no internet connection. I’m guessing it’s a false error that is masking some other issues. Regardless, the app is unusable, which does affect the user experience with the jump rope. Until the app is fixed (consistently), I will discourage people from getting the smart rope.

Needs an iPad app
The developers should look at creating an iPad app, as the iPhone app on the IPad looks terrible and won’t allow you to go into landscape mode.
