Big Failure
I like the physical jump rope. I think the ball bearings, adjustability and the overall feel is great. The app however is a big failure. When I launch it, it’ll tell me that I need a network connection. When is anyone not in a network connection. First of all, I had to have one to download the app. I did everything to fix it, restarted phone, reloaded app, turned on and off WiFi, Bluetooth , to no avail.

Loved it, but
I love this app, but this morning when I went to use it it’s telling me it is unable to start because it needs a network connection to be installed properly. I’m using it in the same place I usually do. Tried with WiFi tried without, tried uninstalling, restarting my phone and then reinstalling. Nothing. And no app support on the website. I’m confused and disappointed this morning. I would love to change my rating.

Good but could be better
I like the app and the smart rope. I’ve been using this everyday and enjoy completing the training. One thing I would like is audio cues from the app. I normally look down as I jump rope and would like some tones when I am reaching my goal. Other than that, I like the app and the jump rope.
App does not work well at all
I have been waiting for some type of update since Jan 2017. The app does not allow you to complete competitions, so once you have done 5 it won’t allow you to do any more . Basically that makes the competition feature useless.
The app also must use a time zone in Asia because it doesn’t track your daily jumps in your own zone. So if you jump at 8:00 am and again at 8:00 pm. , your jumps are calculated on different days . I have email the developer 3 times. First time I got a response, but their fix it ideas didn’t work. The second two emails were ignored . Personally I would not buy the rope again just based on the companies lack of customer support

Settings
Where is the time setting on this rope? I jump throughout the day but today was different. It said I jumped 1455x yesterday & 255x today. The problem with that is all my jumps happened in the same day. I'm missing something and don't know where to look. Please help. I don't have a Facebook anymore, is there another way of contacting them. I love my jumprope but this has me on the annoyed side. Lol

Not happy
This app is no fun! It changes my info every time also I can't deleted old challenges to make new ones. Please please fix this app!! I don't want my 100$ jump rope to go to waste. It is no fun with out friends to compete etc...
If it worked, it would be an awesome app
This app started giving me trouble on my second workout with the smart rope. It was randomly changing to different days (today, yesterday, etc) so my basic counts would be way off and sometimes it just wouldn't be counting my jumps even when my rope was connected via Bluetooth and I was on the count screen. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, but now I can't even get into it because it says there's no network connection even when there definitely is...In theory I absolutely love the idea of this smart rope and the app, but if it doesn't work, then it's completely useless. Might as well just use a regular jump rope. Tangram please fix this asap so I can use my rope the way it's meant to be used!!

Terribly disappointing
You probably won't see this until you've bought the jump rope so I hope you kept your receipt. One of the worst purchases I've ever made. In theory it has a lot of awesome features but you need the app. But the app doesn't work. Ever. It keeps telling me I need an update before I use the rope but the app crashes before it can do anything. Just save your $ on this one. :/

App crashes when attempt to connect with mapmyfitness.
App works now...
I left a message on their facebook page last night, and they wrote back this morning saying it should now work, which it is...at least it does for me....
