Can't access app anymore
Fine app until they did a "bug fix update." Now, app insists I need a network connection to use it. I am on the network. Trying to use it in the same place I always had before the update.
Customer service suggestion was to uninstall and reinstall app, but I don't want to lose the years worth of data I've put into it. Waiting for another "bug fix update" hopefully

Angry bird jump roper
App will not connect to the network. Very frustrating as the reason we bought this stupid jump rope was to connect it to the app.
Doesn't function
First problem was the smart rope wouldn't do a firmware update. Took almost 30 minutes to get the update to complete. Then the next day when launching the App I kept getting an error that no internet connection was available, whether on 4G, LTE or wi-fi. Rebooted phone, was connected to Apple Music, and issue persisted. There is no technical support for the company, just a landing page to purchase the smart rope. Unreliable with no support.

Used the app once worked fine tried the next day. Won't load at all? So much for new year new me..
Needs update desperatley
App needs to be updated desperatley also watch app wont even load with watchOS 3.
Dev has had plenty of time to update this app and provide its customes with a functioning product. After people have spent nearly $100 on a jump rope, you would think the app needed to make them work would get some attention.

Get It Together! PLEASE UPDATE THE APP!
Such a great concept, and I absolutely love the rope...I just wish I could use it!! Not once has the app ever fully worked for me. It just a shame.
The whole purposes of buying an almost $100 jumprope is because of the technology behind it... Please get it together, or sell your company to someone will provide the needed support.

Terrible app
Multiple failed installs finally got the app an rope paired used once then not working the app just hangs on open screen plus the watch app does absolutely nothing. Please sort these bugs out asap!!
One Problem
While the app looks and feels comfortable and intuitive, I'm very disappointed that the only way to compete with friends is through a Facebook login.
I don't have Facebook but I would love to compete with my wife for motivation.
