  • Solid workout tracker

Great app if you just want to track your workouts. Has everything you need and the interface is sleek. Perfect app if you don’t want the fuss and paywalls that comes with most fitness tracking apps.

Thank you for the kind words!
  • Exactly what I want in a workout tracker

Super clean, intuitive interface, and no unnecessary clutter. I can log my sets, track the weight, and export data to csv. No ads or subscriptions make this the perfect tracker for me.

  • Can't change date

    Can't change date, so frustrating

    Developer Response

Hi there! Are you talking about changing the date of a logged exercise? If so, you absolutely can! When you’re logging an exercise, there should be a calendar button that says “Today”. You can change this to any date you’d like. You can also do this afterward by browsing to the list of exercises you’ve logged and tapping on the one you want to modify
  • Ok but very basic

Missing many exercises, even simple ones (Chest Press, Pec Fly, etc)

Extremely obtuse way to log previous days(‘) workouts as everything defaults to present day.

It’s a clean app, simple (which is what I want) but lacking in so many QoL features.

    Developer Response

Hi there! I pre-populate the list of exercises, but many people have different names for the same exercise, and so yes it is hard to capture them all. For example “Chest Press” can also be called Bench Press, which does exist in the app. In any case, it’s super easy to add your own exercise type within the app. I made that flow super easy to use if there are any exercises that you’d like to add yourself When logging a new exercise, you can always modify the day by tapping on the calendar button at the top and selecting a different day If there’s another way you’d like to do it, please shoot me an email at hi@gains.la and I will look into it
  • nearly perfect!

love the customization and simplicity, it’s all i could ever ask for. the only other thing i could ask for is maybe apple watch support in the future :) still love the app though and highly recommend!

    Developer Response

An Apple Watch app is something I am considering! I am an independent developer and supporting an entire new platform would be difficult, but with enough demand for it, I would certainly be open to it Thank you for the kind words!
  • Fantastic!!

The simplicity of this game changer. A model for all other apps.

Adjustment request: Any chance we could get the large timer screen to show again once it’s minimized?

    Developer Response

Hi there! Actually you can already do this! Just long press on the running timer and it will go large again
  • Good impressions, super simple to use

Day 1: I’ve added all my workout routines and it took me 4 minutes total. I logged my first routine and it was a breeze; I’m really liking the app so far. I can make custom names for everything, add notes so that my newbie self doesn’t need to look up a guide every day when getting started Will update review as time goes on

    Week 3:
Would be cool to record bodyweight over time. Also I’ve found that I’m using notes to indicate if I should increase or stay at the same weight for an exercise. A button to indicate “stay, increase” would be helpful

Still loving the app. The graphs are great motivators.

  • LOVE

I never do reviews, just do not care for them.

But I love how simple the app is! Straight to the point and minimal for everything you need.

  • What is the catch?

I mean, hard to believe how such simple/perfect app is free. Keep it up!

    Developer Response

Thank you! I will be introducing some paid features but that’s going to be on top of the existing free app!
