PSHARE app has improved immensely!
Since our first use of this app with the iPhone XS our experience has been somewhat negative due to keypad inputs not being reflected on the screen.
The latest updates have now made this app very efficient to use - it’s basically a simple app which was made difficult by a bug in the user interface.

I agree with the last review. We had our system installed by the same company and we were given training on how to download and use the app. We have had no issues and the ability to share our spaces via our phones has fixed the problem we were having.Developer Response

James installed our bollard and set up my phone. He even came on a Sunday to install it. After sales service from Sydney Parking Solutions has been great. So happy with our bollard.Developer Response

The secret to accessing the full capabilities of this app is to make sure you purchase the system from a supplier that offers up front training of how to use the app and ongoing support. We purchased our system from Sydney Parking Solutions and their initial training and ongoing support has been paramount to the success of the system for our visitor car parking. I’ve been trying to make an account on my iPhone 12 Pro. There are crucial fields which can’t be interacted with. The formatting and layout is terrible. I wish it wasn’t a crucial platform I need for my apartment or I would’ve given up already. Please patch again, yesterday’s update didn’t fix these issuesShow lessDeveloper Response

We recently had these installed to manage visitor parking, we have some trouble with app errors and not allowing us to register phone numbers every now and then, normally if you come back in 24 hours or so it’s fixed itself however.
We have multiple locks and it’s annoying needing to add phone number individually to each one for each resident. Would be good if this could also be done from a PC however can only be done from phone app.Show lessNEEDS TO BE UPDATED FOR IPHONE 11 - NOT CONNECTING TO LOCK
App works fine on my older model phones but not my new IPhone 11. Last update for this app was 2 years ago for IPhoneX.
