Love Recently
I love this app- I’ve had it for a few years and have used it to help us hold on to memories of our kids. It has constantly improved over the years and they have some of the best customer service I’ve encountered for an app. We have the books displayed in our house and people always ask about them because they look amazing. It’s easy to pick and choose the photos you want and the books come pretty quickly. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this app any higher.Show lessMdb1487
Get Recently is the best Photo Magazine ever!
I’ve been making these magazines/books for over two years. It’s an ingenious, fast, clear way to chronicle events with friends and family from each busy month. Whatever happens in a particular month across the world that interests me, I include by editing screen shots from social media. Friends are always surprised and pleased to find their images in this clever chronicle. I love that I can choose the amount of photos yet the book stays the same size with the photo sizes varying. If you have a question, the response time from the Get Recently group is incredibly fast. I also use to create as a gift for friends from weddings or other special occasions. I’ve been using Recently since it’s inception. Such a fantastic, efficient, and unique way to categorize your pictures. They are always updating and adding new features. Also, compact size makes for easy bookshelf storage or a stack on a coffee table. Highly recommend.KBS527
Love Recently
I have been using Recently for a couple years now. The magazines they deliver are well done and I love the ease of the app. Now as a new parent I find the app even more appealing due to ease of use and the conviene of pulling photos straight from my phone. Having minimal time to myself now and often only one hand free this means a lot. The customer service is amazing! They contact you right away and you are dealing with a real person who actually congratulated me on my new family addition.Show lessAckk86
Nice books, not so great app functionality
The books I received are nice but process is not great. You can’t see the books you’ve published so I had to wait until they arrived to see what the last photo I had included. One arrived with a photo I don’t think I’d picked for the cover but I can’t go back and see what it looked like when I created it. You can’t save books to wait to order and you can’t group shipping on multiple books.Show lessmegmku
Great app
I have been using this app for two years to document my child and other various events. It’s artist quality magazines. I have had two issues(magazine arrived bent due to postal service worker, and blurry cover art) only and they have rectified one of the two so quickly and efficiently(I don’t think I reported the blurry cover photo)!Show lesserink06
Terrible quality. Sketchy billing.
I signed up over a year ago. Thought this would be a great gift for my wife as she loves taking pictures. Been paying $10 a month which gives us one book a month. I have never been happy with the books. Its not because they are matte finish (which is fine) but rather the prints are of very low quality and it’s not because of the images. Recently (no pun intended) they have billed me $2.99 five different times this month. With no explanation. Not what I signed up for. Subscription cancelled. Would not recommend.Show lessEducateUrMind
Bad Experience
So I loved this when I had time to sit down and do it but now that I have three under three I don’t have that time anymore. I have requested that they stop charging my account for over six months now, canceled my subscription every month for 9 months through the app and they STILL keep charging me. I have requested refunds and for them to cancel my account and nothing. Thanks for taking the money I desperately need Recently.Show lessLikPurv
Awesome way to print my pictures
I love this app. I love the photos. I love how easy this process is...I have over 5k photos on my phone without this app none of them would be printed. I’m able to capture so many milestones in my daughters life in these amazing photo books.Tiff J RN
Great customer service
Really a solid app and terrific customer server. I was on the monthly plan but not using the credits enough. I had some minor frustrations and asked to cancel and they developers were super helpful and supportive. They cleared up some of my confusion and I just got my last magazine in the mail... I'm back signing up for the quarterly plan 🙂! Great quality and way to preserve school age memories and artwork! Thanks!Show lessmartindj56
