  • Great features but app often unavailable

    When it’s working the app is great. Easy to use and with great features for a thriving business. However, it doesn’t always upload. I experience temporary outages on a weekly basis. Not why there are so many glitches.
  • Calendar is Awful

    Most of the components work fairly well with the exception of the calendar. I cannot Edit Availability at all. It defaults to Appointment and, no matter what input I use, it will not change. In fact, i click on a specific time period and nothing happens. I always have to go to a desktop version to edit my availability. It seems worse now that a year ago. Please fix it,
  • Unmaintained App

    Love the desktop software and the scheduler on my site but this app has not been updated in over a year and it shows. App barely runs anymore and is super slow and buggy when it does open. Please update this app soon or I will have to switch to a new service.
  • Integral * Always Improving* Great CRM

    I have used VCitaFor years now. It is a reliable CRM. My clients enjoy the experience. It integrates effortlessly into my website. vCita is always improving. Every single customer question I have had has been addressed and, more importantly, they follow up to make sure they have met your needs. VCita is a non-negotiable in my online business. I’m the only person in my company but there are also great tools for businesses that have multiple employees. Simply, this is a must.
  • Terrible App. On par with the service vcita offers.

    Vcita is nerfed unless you pay high subscription fees to access basic features like having multiple users, and scheduling multiple appointments at once.

    The app is terrible. It simply displays the web page you would find if you logged in on a mobile browser. Incredibly slow and frustrating. In switching platforms this week. Switching to FareHarbor. Much better platform, lower service fees, and access to basic features at no extra cost.
  • The best booking service!

    When you launch a business and have no idea how people are going to react to your brand, how you are going to pay the bills, get clients, etc. The least you want to worry about it’s not following up with your clients about your address and information . That’s why it was so important for me to have a back up reminder of all that for my clients. Vcita always gives me the peace of mind of knowing my client has a virtual way of connecting with my company.
  • Great app- makes my life easy

    This app is very good for businesses like mine that use cell phone as my primary. it allows me to schedule appointments and add clients very easily ( usually while I'm speaking with them) and then it syncs up with my Google calendars. I have a paid subscription which adds a little more customization and functionality. Nothing but 5 stars from me.
  • Need better reps and the setup is frustrating

    I have a cleaning service. The way I need to set up my services is complicated on your site. As will the rep that called me Skylar Costello has a bit of stiffness in her approach. She seemed as if she was more into selling me and not helping me. As well the look is not polished at all. It seems outdated. Unfortunately, I won’t be carrying on another month.
  • Great app and easy to use platforms!!

    Love Vcita! It helps me stay organized and my clients informed!
  • Frustrating

    I’m still in the free trial time period and realized I wanted to use a different app for my business. As soon as I attempted to end the free trial I had issues with logging back in. I’m unable to confirm my email or reset my password. I have a lot on my plate and extremely frustrated that I cannot find contact for the support team or get anything to work. Not to mention to write this review I have to try a million unique names and they still show as taken.
