VCita and the app is amazing
Easy to use!! Omg I needed this app and it works amazingly simple and I could not run my business without it. Notifications of pending appts is invaluable, this app has saved my rear many times. Notifications of payments, all instant, and so helpful. Yeah, I need this app and appreciate how accurate and responsive it works

Lack of polite communication and extreme dictatorship and not living up to their promise to help install. They don’t tell you they only take phone calls for help 2 hours in the morningBlueRaven1

I’ve been using VCita for a number of years and it’s a very helpful tool for running a small business. I am a massage therapist and psychotherapist and Vcita supports my clients to utilize my site for bookings, payments, and messaging. Would like to use app but keeps givingme peoblems
Issues-
Keeps making me logging every 4 minutes
Wont let me click “clients” page without craahing or making me login again
Possible Improvements-
Be able to create a spreadsheet with ALL client info on it
Not ask to relogin every 4 minutes

Not sure why it is so poorly rated
I liked what I saw after doing some research but was hesitant because of its really poor rating here in the Ap store. So far, it does what it says it does. I have not completely built out every feature but can’t imagine the vCita mobile app will suddenly start crashing and not performing as described in other reviews.2784803

This used to be a good companion to the web app which is pretty solid. The app however gets worse and buggier with every release. The latest release doesn't even open on my phone anymore. Guys, just rerelease an old version of the app and leave it alone so it works.cannot8
App works well however
App is a great tool however the letters on the iPhone for the address and notes are too small to read. I rely on the iPhone. I have reached out to the company and they advised there is nothing that they can do.JJ boca
Was once satisfied
When i open my app it just gives me a white screen. I’ve never had any issues until now. I’ve been unable to use the app for several days. I’d like my charges to be prorated for all the days I’ve had to go via website. Very disappointed.Keena 4 Christ
