Won’t stay connect for longer than 35 seconds
This app only works for one or two days. Then after that it would not connect my router. If and when it connected to the router it would only display for about 35 seconds and then it would go dead. Not happy with the waste of money on this product.
Sound and auto capture not working
I like the app and the cameras but my sound doesn’t work right. I can communicate through the camera but I can’t hear anything there which is one of the big reasons I got this. I also have it set up to auto record video and take a snapshot but it never does. Please fix these, because otherwise we aren’t getting all the services we paid for.

App crashes constantly
This is not a good app! Way too many bugs. It kicks me out of the app every other time I open it and also about as often turns off the motion alerts so I don’t get notified, which is why I bought the camera in the first place. Needs updated ASAP!!!
Alarm push notification
The camera works great, haven’t used the recording function with an SD card yet. Main annoyance with this app right now is the alarm push notification constantly turns off. I’ll turn it on, and later it’ll be switched back off. With the alarm push notification being turned off, I get no notifications of any motion detection. Please fix this.

Push alerts not working on iPhone X.
Would rate higher, and is otherwise a nice app and fairly simple to use, however after troubleshooting for a while I still do not receive the app’s push notifications on my phone when alarm is set. There is also other reviews stating this same issue. Please fix for 5 star rating. :)
Also cannot receive e-mail notifications from and to my iCloud email but was able to set up with another yahoo account instead. If iCloud email cannot be set up perhaps an option can be added to send the alert email to multiple or or different email addresses so at least I can send the alert where I prefer.
Functionality with apple is important for me and improvement is needed.

Works well, not perfect
App works very well with my camera, easy controls and capability with iPhone X. My only compliant is that push notifications won’t work with my phone. Everything is enabled yet I don’t get notified with movement alerts. That is my only issue however, overall decent and easy app.
Needs work.
I have a TENVIS iprobot3 ,and this app needs quite a bit of work.
Won’t allow me to format my memory card, can’t adjust time, or time zone. Does not send notifications if movement is detected.
Don’t like the swipe to move camera feature either.
The old tenvis app was much better, but even that got worse when they started to do updates. They should never have touched it.
Please sort this out.

Works with my iphone!
Just downloaded. Much faster response than older apps. Don’t know if I like the new format but will probably get used to it. So far so good. More reviews coming after further testing.
