    We own the entire line of toys. They all function well, I see people posting about connection issues. We have never have had a problem with multiple devices connecting to the toys. There are settings that sometime need readjusting for updates but whatever it happens.
  • A company that does the right thing!

    Not unlike a lot of other people, I have read more bad and good things about this app and the Lush in particular. I can 100% say that I bought not one but 3 of their products at once after looking at the competition and their reviews, omg we they sketchy at best. I received them and had 0 problems until the next day, the Lush just was acting wonky. I went to the website and to my horror, they had just released the pre-sale of the Lush 2.0! I thought I was screwed, after 2 emails and less than 3 hrs I received an email stating the new 2.0 was shipped! 2 days later it was at my door, it took 5 days for the original order! I asked about the apps and they are about to release updates and a new one altogether, I would not be surprised if it soon followed the Apple announcement next week (new iOS). Just a guess, but I had to take second and let everyone know what they did for me after reading so many negative comments...

  • Useless

    If I could give this negative stars I would. Had to make a email change on my app so I reached out to customer service to see what steps I had to take to do so. Numerous attempts were made to do so before I finally got a response from someone who told me that the only way to update the email was to delete my account & this had to be done through their end I could not delete my account or update it. Once I agreed to delete my account I would have to create a new account & it had to be done on line not through the app. I created my new account and now I can’t log onto the app! I have made several attempts to contact customer service to fix the problem with no response . This app & the toy are a complete waste of money ! Don’t buy their accessories

  • Works great!

    We’ve had no problems at all connecting (locally). The recordable patterns and 2 different types of manual controls are easy to used the only suggestion I have is to offer different UI colors. The hot pink pretty much says “I’m a sex app”, which makes it less discrete when you’re using it in a restaurant or other public place. I’d also suggest offering an all-black option with dark grey controls/text so it could be used in a dark movie theater without it giving off so much light.

  • Love this product!

    I have had nothing but success with this toy and the app. It is very enjoyable, and my partner can completely control it from 700 miles away. It makes our time apart much better. I did receive a faulty toy, it stopped working after two weeks. I called customer support, and I had a new one mailed to me within four days. Outstanding customer service. If there were one thing i could say for improvement, is notifications.......i don’t get them unless the toy is connected.

    We're glad to hear that you are happy with the app. Regarding the notification, you do not need to connect the toy to receive it. You and your partner should be both online for it to work. Please make sure that you are both connected to a stable internet connection as well.
  • Disappointed

    Connection is horrible. Even with close range and using it solo it does not stay connected. My parter was able to connect with no issues. But even right next to him it still disconnects and will only sometimes reconnect. Really defeats the whole purpose for this. You should be able to have long range and not have to worry about it disconnecting so many times. Idea of the product is great. However we are spending to much money on a product that doesn't do what it is intended to do.

  • If your toy is still in its packaging: get a refund.

    My advice to you, if you’ve bought this toy and are trying to download the app before you’ve opened up the packaging - is to return your toy and get a refund. You won’t be able to use it over an internet connection, and there are plenty of great Bluetooth toys out there that cost much less.

    Like a lot of users, I bought a Lovesense (Hush) for the long distance control capability. The hardware itself is great, it’s well built, very quiet and body safe.

    The app, however, is unusably bad. Long distance control rarely connects, when it does the connection either drops out regularly or the app crashes. This is a really common complaint to the developers and its never addressed either in updates or on the website FAQ.

  • Issue

    Done everything possible to pair my device with wife’s device, it will not send the invitation even though it says successfully sent. Neither of us get the invitation...so I e paid for a product that is suppose to do something advertised...feeling overspent for something that does half of its advertised potential. Will request return/refund if the matter doesn’t work out VIA customer support which I’m hearing isn’t helpful. Bummer! Could be a fun toy for couples to enjoy. Hope it works out. If does, I’ll revise review

  • Serious connection issues

    Great toy in terms of power and quietness. Those are pointless though when the toy constantly loses connection with iPhone. Sometimes reconnects after a couple of seconds but the pattern etc needs restarting. Other times the toy has to be removed because it has turned itself off. Extremely annoying and frustrating.
