I have been using hims for a couple months now, and didn’t have any issues for the first few. It is now been 10 days past the time I order was supposed to be sent to the pharmacy to be refilled, and it still hasn’t been filled and shipped. I was told that they were seeing an increase in my specific medication being unavailable, but I believe with medication that something you should let the person know ahead of time. The response of customer service has been multiple days, and the most they offered me to reconcile the situation was 25% off my next order, which is not really enticing to a service that is proving to be very unreliable. The simple fact is I don’t pay these premium prices for slower than Walmart speeds.
I have never been more enraged and irritated by a company, and I’m not someone who gets irritated lightly.
I’m continuing to get advertisements, which means they’re pouring money into marketing. Maybe they should focus on taking care of the customers that they have first before getting more and more people…
I will not be recommending this to my worst enemy. I am very disappointed, I am not someone who leaves reviews, but this has truly been so unprofessional and the worst experience that I’ve had with the company…
