  • Trash Customer Service.

    Hims is a joke. This company has gone public and the profiteering shows. There is no way to talk to anyone other than an AI bot or email. I asked for an itemized receipt for my FSA, after I purchased. I received an email saying the could not provide me an itemized receipt and do not accept HSA/FSA/Insurance even though I paid for my prescription with my FSA.

    An itemized receipt isn’t very difficult to provide, and my FSA confirmed they would accept reimburse because it is medication.

    Not to mention the markup on the generics must be huge. I checked their Twitter and they seem to be hiring for every position except CSA’s. Tons of growth at the company and no will to support customers.

    So now I will have to back pay my subscription since HIMS won’t make me a receipt or give me a copy of my prescription.

    This is my last time with HIMs. I will be checking other concierge services.

    Also, spare me the generic “we’re so sorry about your experience response”. You’re company makes sure to respond to one star reviews to protect its reputation, but doesn’t respond to customers in the app, via email etc.

  • Cannot believe the results

    Just finished three months and my friends and family cannot believe the results. My thinning hair in back of scalp has new hairs growing and almost all covered. I do use probably more than the four recommended squirts as I want the scalp to get the ingredients thru my existing hair.
    I have already had four friends see my results and order from Hims. I feel like a spokesperson for the brand but it’s all based off of my results. Cannot wait to see the results from the suggested six months window.

  • Terrible Customer Service

    I tried to cancel my subscription recently. My profile read like I had cancelled successfully. Then a few weeks later I got a notice that my card was charged and a new order was being shipped. I immediately emailed customer service at 5am the day my card showed a $195 pending charge. I sent more follow up messages. I received no responses for several days until, conveniently, shortly after I got an email that the order shipped. Hims said basically “sorry, the order has already shipped, we’re replying to many messages right now so I’m sure you understand.” Not really. 1) their website said my order renewal was cancelled. 2) then apparently it wasn’t. 3) then when I notified them they ignored it for days until the order was shipped. Avoid Hims unless you enjoy getting ripped off.
