    I have been a customer here at the road for around six years. But now when she joined Ro the only deal with you via email no phone calls you’re too busy they say anyhow my phone got taken from me and my no access to my email. So I emailed them and they were going to help me get in my account but they created two accounts and I completed my doctors appointment and they went in and deleted the one that had my completed doctor Appointment. Each email I pleaded with him to please call me and help me through this. I haven’t had my medication for five months

  • SCAM!!

    SCAM ALERT!!!!! I was extremely excited to sign up with them, but boy did things turn to the dark side. After answering a series of questions for medication I was looking for I I was told I had to pay $99 to get my results. After paying, they told me that it would take 2 to 3 days to find out my results. It has now been two weeks. I’ve emailed them and I’ve gotten no response. I try logging into my account and they say I don’t have an account. I’ve tried emailing again and I get no response. Essentially, they stole my $99, I have no clue who to contact and it seems like when I contact support they have zero interest in responding. I want my money back. This company is a scam and I implore anyone to stay away. There are a lot more options. I’ve given them an ample amount of time to resolve the situation and I’m convinced now that they have just stolen my money and I’m probably not the only one.

  • Paying for a service but no one responds

    If there is a monthly fee the there should not be a 5 day wait for a customer service response. At this point I’ve spent 2.5 weeks trying to get a script approved only to have received canned CX responses or a macro that didn’t address the original question and from there days in between messages leading to delayed responses. From a customer perspective, I’m paying for an entire month for nothing since it will be close to 3 weeks to get one question resolved. It’s truly unacceptable - do not recommend.
