Won’t connect or constantly disconnects
I have to agree with a few other reviews here. The app has no problem finding the product lush via Bluetooth but it constantly disconnects and will not reconnect until the product goes through reparing. Very frustrating when the object is inserted and have to remove every time to do this. When I contact support they wanted a laundry list of specs and screenshots from my mobile device that I don’t understand. Too much hassle. Also beware the hush. It broke completely in 2. Too half disconnected from bottom half. Same issues with it as well until that happed. Also with that product little help from support. No product replacement. Loose connection issue.
I bought Lush for me wife, we both been very excited to start use this toy, however such as other users we have to deal constantly with loosing connection. It is not very pleasant if you cannot enjoy your new toy properly.

Useless.
Downloaded the app in order to control a friend's toy. Can't even sign up for an account in order to use the app. I won't ever be buying any toys from this company if this is the quality of their app.The guy who is still sleeping
