Don’t buy scales if it uses this app!
If the scales you are buying use this app then think again. The scales might be ok but the app is dreadful. Issues and bugs are reported but they don’t do anything about it. It hasn’t connect to the Apple Health app for months and they haven’t fixed it. Some of the outputs are questionable too. It will say water content is low when I know I’m hydrated or metabolism is too high. Don’t recommend

Ugh.
This was awesome… until an update killed the sharing of data with Apple Health. Also not crazy about the adding of ads, which was NOT something I paid for when I bought my COBY scale. Still, the main problem is that first one, and it’s huge. If not fixed soon, I will be spending my next scale dollars with a different company.

not able to create account
When I open the app it goes immediately to log in. The first page of the app where you would input your info quickly disappears. So I guess you can say it crashes...over and over and over. The scale that was gifted to me for its many features can only show the weight and temperature of the room. Because this app does not work, the features are not available, and hence useless.

Very very inaccurate
I think this app is just kinda guessing everything besides the weight
Two scales data
I purchased two scales for 2 different geographic locations and I have connected them both with Bluetooth. For the past month, I have been using the second scale, and every day it shows the readings. But today I checked the iPhone Health app and found that there is no data from the 2nd scale, only data that is over one month old from the first scale. It appears that some setting on the iPhone is incorrect or else the App is faulty.

Does not integrate with Apple health.
App was ok - until mid-may and then no longer syncs with Apple health. Thought I’d get an kind this by pairing it fitbit - nope that doesn’t work either.
Like others, did the uninstall and reinstall and nada.
Have provided feedback and still nothing. Pointless app really.
Downloaded the Chinese version and it seems to have pop ups to link to health, but I’m unable to read chinese to progress this further

v2.2.1 created a big bug
The v2.2.1 of this app no longer writes data to the Health app (US app store), which is a big bug. It was working fine for me for about 2 years until the update. It doesn’t write even if you correct privacy settings set up,

Excellent app. All the 1 star reviews appear to be language issues - the app itself is extremely good. Provides valuable feedback of many metrics and easy to use.
Keeps track of weigh ins
App is only good for tracking weight and the BMI info should be ignored as it advises BMI at an unhealthy underweight by 10 lbs…hey if you strive and meet that app goal, you could prob sue the company for unhealthy weight goals
The app has stopped working. FIX THIS PLEASE!
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, can’t get past the sign in page and can’t reset password. FIX THIS! this was a great tool in my weight loss journey and the fact that it’s no longer working is greatly detrimental. It makes me want to throw the whole thing out and get a better scale which is a shame because the scale works fine.
