How to avoid immediate crash
The people saying it crashes as soon as you sign up are correct but there’s a solution.
You need to choose metric cm and metric kg for unit settings. Then you’ll be logged in fine and can sync a scale. It all works smoothly and syncs with Apple health app too.
Oh and once logged in you can go settings - unit settings and change to British (inches and stones)

Fantastically poor
As other reviewers have mentioned, it shuts down consistently while setting up making it unusable. I’m amazed it has been allowed in the store. I only give it one star because there’s no option for 0 stars. It also opens pop ups before you’ve even registered that take you to very questionable and certainly irrelevant sites. It is risibly bad.

App closing during set up
I have had the same thing happening as the last person who left a review. The exact same point of entering nickname, height and DOB and it just closes then comes up with adds when you click back on it. I’ve tried a few times but the same thing every time. It seems a bit dodgy to me.
The weight reminder will costs the app shut down
When I try to set a weight reminder for myself, the app shut down itself. Not matter how many time I try, it does not solve the problem

It was very easy to sync and I love having all of this useful data! I’m feeling more motivated and happy that I can really keep track of my progress.
Piece of crap
I’ve had this scale for several years, and while the scale itself is pretty good, the app is horrible. The fact that you have to go through a banner to get into an app that you paid for is unacceptable. Additionally, it doesn’t do a very good job of keeping track of your history. The other functions besides weight (fat percent, etc) are useless and a joke. Not even close. I wouldn’t get this again if you gave it to me for free.

I love the scale, but…
I do love the scale but the app keeps shutting down after I put in my nickname and date of birth and how tall I am, then it closes the app. I have tried every I know. I reboot my iPhone and my iPad, and it still doesn’t work. I don’t know what to do. I paid for the scale and app comes with it, but it does not work. HELP ME!

Closing app
To the lady who commented before I hope the app has already contacted you about this but you have to make sure you set the app to metric KG otherwise it won’t work mine did the same thing and I set it to kg and it started working
Scale and app not in sync
I just received the scale and downloaded the app. When I weigh myself the scale shows me one number but the app shows me a totally different weight (16 pound difference). Totally useless if I’m getting inaccurate data.
