Not as advertised
The scale itself is very nice but it doesn’t measure even half the things it promotes. Weight, BMI and room temperature??? I don’t know why I would want room temperature! Those 3 things are all it measures. I wanted body fat and it gives me advise on washing my feet. Since BMI is a simple math calculation I can do that on my own. Basically it is an attractive scale and that records and tracks your weight with an app and nothing more.

App keeps closing
Have installed app, singled up as a new user but as soon as I try to create a profile the app closes. Tried several times, then uninstalled app before reinstalling it again and the same thing happens. Without creating the 1st profile I cannot use the app at all, all I am able to do is choose a nickname, input my height, gender and date of birth then as soon as I click ‘next’ the app abruptly closes.
The scales will tell me my weight without the app but nothing else and I specifically got these as it had the app to keep track of weight and monitor several other things. These scales without the app are useless.

Loses account constantly
It seems like every few weeks my account simply disappears along with all saved data. App is utterly useless as such

I am new - So far loving all the functionalities and easy use!
Horrible
App works for about a week then you can’t log in anymore. Can’t even make a new account. Also the data is way off. I weighed and checked myself on a accuracy scale at the gym and my body fat is 9% which is accurate. This says I’m 22% which is not even close. Im 6’4” and 185lbs, no way my body fat is 22%

Excellent
I don’t know why other people are having problems with it, it works perfect for my husband and me. the scale works like how it should and the app is amazing it tells you everything you need to know. No regrets and I really recommend it !
Keep losing data
Regularly lose all the data, which is beyond frustrating!!!!!!!!! I drink 4litres of water a day too, yet I’m dehydrated? I don’t understand how. Would be good to be able to change the date format to European, the whole world isn’t America.
It’s good to see the progress with the charts, but if you lose everything regularly, and have to start again constantly, what’s the point?

Reset password?
I can’t contact with an app developer to sent me reset password link after already registered. Fix app and let it work.
Poor account management
I lost all my data after updating the app. It says I’m a visitor. There is no way to login to restore anything. I can’t recommend this app or the scale it works with. I eventually managed to log in my deleting the app and downloading it again.
Fantastic Product
Easy setup with quick and accurate measurement. Calculates my base metabolism so that I know how much to eat every day. It lets you know of your current body health conditions.
