Can’t change display settings
Went through the app download and account creative process with the hope to be able to set the scale to pounds. Unable to access any settings. So pretty much useless, without a phone (which will do the conversion) and show you a result. I want to be able to step on a scale and see the result without having to log in holding a phone. Unfortunately, terrible set up.

Problems! Answers please
I love the scale and it syncing to my phone but every time I try to change the weight from kg to lb. it closes the app. If I try to edit any settings it closes my app! Please advise a solution!
Don’t bother with this app!!
Lost all my progress of more than four months on this app and couldn’t get it back. Waste of money on the scale too.
Can’t set date of birth
Just bought the scale, and installed the app. I see the latest version with bug fixes came out three days ago. Well, when you try to set it up, one of the most important questions is your age, as that adjusts your goal weight, BMI, etc.. Unfortunately, when you try to enter your DOB it just sits at the default date, 1-1-91. You can’t change it, so now it thinks I’m 20 years younger than I am and all the goal weights are completely off. Who do they have programming these app?? A disaster.

No way to erase measurements
If you want to keep good track of your weight make sure nobody uses it before you. My wife used it and when I pressed the weight button on the app it added her stats to mine and THERE IS NO WAY TO ERASE IT - which is terrible design - only way to clear it is to start all over and erase your history - lazy app design if you ask me

Used to be a great app to track everything until one day it decided it would no longer pair with my phone have been trying to pair to my phone for well over a month with no luck have deleted and re downloaded the app several times with no luck the device works for other devices in my family just not mine even though mine 100% has no problems and connects to other bluetooth devices no bother

Inconsistent
Simply the worst rubbish on the market
These scales give a different weight every time even seconds apart you can gain or lose kilos terribly innacurate
That explains the disclaimer in the booklet
They should not be allowed to be sold regardless of floor surface time after time they are wildly inaccurate and misleading a shame i threw out my old dial scales at least they worked
All these are good for is making money for the manufacturer and possibly a plant stand

Inaccurate
This app and the scale it came with have poor accuracy. I have another digital scale and have been benchmarking them side by side.
The results are not consistent with this scale app. And considering that you’ve paid for the scale they still have the audacity to push ads to you in the app. That to me the the worst part. Paid app and still get ads pushed to you. Unbelievable.

Untrusted app!?
I’ve just received my scale and will not be using the app until the developer releases its details about privacy and data handling. Given the descriptions I’m reading about the security problems people are having logging into their accounts, one should practice extreme caution using any tech products by Chinese developers until they are transparent with regards to their practices around privacy and data handling.
Otherwise , this product has incredible market potential if it works as advertised.
