Scales are a waste of money!
1st time I used seemed fine and correct as it registered the same weight recorded on manual scales, however second time I used it said I lost 10kg in a week! I stepped on it again and I got a completely different reading! I did this 10 times in a row and not once did I get even 2 of the same readings!! Don’t bother to buy. I had no problem with the app tho.

UNABLE TO LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT
Signed up when I first downloaded app. And now it logged my out and now I cannot sign into my account. Even tried resetting password, but I don’t receive a verification code email.
Connection to other apps
Works well, however connectivity to other apps would be beneficial
Quit working
Worked great for about three or four weeks then booted me out of my account and I can’t sign back in. Log in page froze up. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still nothing. Was good while it lasted.
Please remove adds
I’d give 4 Or 4.5 stars if it weren’t for the adds. Seems inappropriate for an app supporting a paid product. If I can find some other app which knows how to communicate with this scale (without adds) then I will abandon this one.

Rubbish
Poor quality app. Displays ads even thou I paid for the scales. If internet is not available, it takes ages to load. It locks you out of your account for no reason and won’t accept your email address to log back in. I lost my history because it forced me to create a new account. It classifies me as obese even thou my waist size is now 34.

The wrong login account will result in data loss,It is recommended to log in with the correct account. The account login is successful. If the Internet is not available, it can be loaded successfully in a short time.
Works perfectly for me!
I got my scale and installed my app a couple of weeks ago and I use it every single day. I love it! The app and the scale have worked flawlessly. And they are accurate to my old digital scale. Outstanding value! Highly recommend!
Chinese Spyware. You have been warned.
You have this app likely because you bought their weighing scales. For NO reason other than data harvesting you have to have a user email and password held by them to use your energizing scales and app. No data is kept on your phone. It’s in their databases. There is NO functional reason for this. I believe this is a privacy violation under Eurozone laws and likely other countries laws.
The way this app and the weighing scales/body analysis should work is like this
1. The scales are paired to your phone by Bluetooth.
2. The data is added to your phone and the graphs etc are produced on your phone.
That’s it. Simple.
But China is harvesting all this medical data.
Way to get around this privacy violation since you only discover this after you. It their machines.
1. Set up or use a non specific or throw away email address.
2. Do not use real names on the app.
They will still harvest your medical info but at least you don’t give them names to tie it too.
I am disgusted with this company.

App does not open post upgrade
Have been using this app fine up until the upgrade a few days ago. When I try to open the app, all I see is a blank white screen with a loading icon in the middle. Have tried switching off/on the app, then the same with my phone with zero success. Can you please fix this? Upgrade states that a few bugs were fixed but I think the app was made useless instead!
