All data gone
Disappointed that all my data disappeared. Had to log again as well but no history was available. You should invest in some storage to hold data when you do an update. Have to start taking screenshots of my results as this app can't be trusted.

I encountered a period of about three month where the data was not synced with the health app (mid May 2022 to mid August 2022). Otherwise the app does what is is supposed to do, no issues with connecting with my weighing scale. There is one annoying thing however, why does this app need to present me every morning with an add that loads slow and fills the screen? There seems to be no option to get rid of it.

Working OK
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app which then presented permissions to share with apple health and solved my sync issues. I wish there was an option to pay for the app rather than see advertisements.
Works fine with Apple Health
Just installed on iPhone 12 and works fine. Yeah. I have to put a fake email address in to get past login but so far it’s fine. Found my scale, syncd to Apple Health. Just like the scale said.
There is a non obtrusive ad at the bottom.
Out of box experience was decent. All the negative reviews scared me a bit but seems fine…

Works very well, but doesn’t sync with Apple Health app
Very happy with the scales and app, but Apple Health app doesn’t show it as an available Data Source. Can you help me fix this please?
It’s not correct….
I have had cancer and the medication I took for five years after chemo DESTROYED my bones. I’ve had many bone scans and this app is telling me mine are “perfect”? I assure you that should be my LOWEST rating on this entire app. If you’d like the results, I’m sure I could find a way to forward them to you so you can adjust the settings or something. I laughed out loud when I read my results.

Does not update health app after reinstalling the app
I removed OKOK international from health data source then I reset all settings and reinstalled app but it does not request a permission to update health data anymore.
There’s no help
It continuously logs me out and doesn’t send me anything when I reset it yet the timer starts and nothing. It doesn't track my weight- It just tells me measuring and then times out. Half of the app isn't even in English!!!!!

Don’t buy scales if it uses this app!
If the scales you are buying use this app then think again. The scales might be ok but the app is dreadful. Issues and bugs are reported but they don’t do anything about it. It hasn’t connect to the Apple Health app for months and they haven’t fixed it. Some of the outputs are questionable too. It will say water content is low when I know I’m hydrated or metabolism is too high. Don’t recommend

Ugh.
This was awesome… until an update killed the sharing of data with Apple Health. Also not crazy about the adding of ads, which was NOT something I paid for when I bought my COBY scale. Still, the main problem is that first one, and it’s huge. If not fixed soon, I will be spending my next scale dollars with a different company.
