I very much enjoyed this app. It is one of the few free midi applications, and it opens my files very well. The sound font to built in to the application actually does not sound too bad, when comparing it to the one built into my windows PC. I dream feature would either be trans pose the sound, or load a custom sound font, but like I said, it’s a dream feature. It’s free, and it does everything a free app should do. I especially like how closely integrated it is with the system, being able to play midis in the background.Show lessEmulated Excitement

This app is seriously the only free app that can play midi files, BUT it doesn't have a way to go change the instruments. For example: the composer chose the wrong drums and now it sounds horrible. And sf2 support would be nice toonotanewb
Good Idea, Needs More

Not enough
For what it can do, it does it well. However, it needs the ability to use custom soundfonts to seal the deal for me.koolTbyrd

Version 3.3 lets you use custom soundbanks. It took five years, but hopefully it was worth the wait!New Update Not Working
