  • Delayed Clock Out + Inconvienent Log In and Out

    Can you please fix the lag during clock out? I have gotten in trouble multiple times because of the lag. How many times do we have to press clock out before we’ve officially clocked out?

    Also your log in is very inconvenient. I’ve had to put in my password multiple times during a shift. I hope you can fix this.

  • Not working

    All of a sudden the app force closes every time I log in, so I can’t utilize it at all. I’ve updated to the latest version- any suggestions?

  • Lots of issues.

    App doesn’t open. Constantly crashes. I have to keep deleting it and re-downloading it to access the app.

  • Crashes

    It keeps crashing all the time on my iPhone 14 Pro. I click to open it and it doesn’t budge I restart my phone and try again, yet nothing. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work. It’s very annoying!! It does this virtually all the time. #FixThisIssue

  • App logs you out in less than one hour

    I use AlayaCare on an iOS phone. The sessions I provide are 55 minutes plus note time.

    Without fail, I have to login again at the end of my hour. Which gets my actual time of service off in the official legal record.

    I find the app does not self update even though I have it selected to do so. It is the only app I allow to do so. I find this frustrating and if I didn’t like my clients, I would quit the agency over this.

    Please think of the length of an average shift, and don’t have the app logging people out in the middle of their work.

  • Not Good

    Everytime I log in and need to send a message I have to completely close and reopen the app, cannot send a message otherwise. I also cannot sign in with Face ID anymore and have to use my password. This app honestly isn’t worth it and there are better ones out there for employers to use.

    Hi, we're sorry you're experiencing these issues. To enable Face ID, please go to settings within the app and enable the toggle. This will re-register your biometrics. Regarding the messaging problem, we're investigating this issue. We appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to improve the app's performance and user experience.
  • Login issues

    After update, can not login. Keep telling me to check ID and pw which of course I did.
  • Fave ID

    After my last update the Face ID isn’t on option on the login screen anymore. Very frustrating and time consuming having to enter password each time.

This should restore the biometric login feature you preferred in the older version, saving you time and making the login process more convenient.     The app times out far to quickly, making it inconvenient and not user friendly. Very irritating to have to go through the process of logging in regularly.
