  • It’s ok

    I use this app for work and all I can say is that for the most part it’s good but it does get a little frustrating when you open the app and enter your password it acts like it’s going to load but it doesn’t then it says for you to enter password again and this happens every time at least 3x each I also think this app would benefit from the users fingerprint being able to access to open app it will save a lot of time plus what I stated above when having to keep re entering the password 3x for each time you open the app just the fingerprint alone option would be so much more convenient

  • Most user friendly homecare app in the market

  • Worst application and the worst company

    The application works great when it works. Offline mode is a nightmare and going by reviews and many forums online with those who have to deal with this company, these issues are well known. There are some great people there. Don’t get me wrong however the support system, getting anything resolved, and even getting things set up the way they are required to by law especially state law. Is almost impossible. It’s always your fault, a workaround for everything, impossible to do, and or going on the road app to be added. To top it off you have to do all the work for the support team and usually apply the fixes that you shouldn’t have to be added if everything worked as it should. Not to mention every time you bring a problem up it’s like you’ve just been hit with a spam call asking for information that you are told and trained not to answer or provide ever. Plus the problem is never their fault or their system but yours. And that’s barely the start of the issues with all of it as a whole. So I don’t recommend the app let alone the company. They do not know what they are doing. They are a very new company and it shows. Unfortunately this massively overshadows those with them that are incredible, hard working, dedicated and just astounding people whose mindsets are in the right places.

  • Ugh!

    Hate this app. Half of my client’s daily healthcare needs were missing from the app the other day but my employer claims I filled them out. Somehow they were magically filled out on this app because I sure didn’t click on them. I did the tasks in reality but they weren’t in the app for me to tick them off as I completed the tasks, so how were they ticked off?!?! Who knows?

  • App Store access only

    I originally was able to access the app on my Home Screen but now I have to access it through the App Store every time. It’s weird and more of a hassle than it should be in that regard.
