Garbage
It is very upsetting that as healthcare professionals this is the best that can be offered to us. This app is horribly frustrating. Our hours and location should not be in the total hands of an app that is “hit OR miss” with regards to working properly.

I think that for those of us that doesn’t have a daily schedule, SCA’s or others, it would benefit the employees and employers if there was a way we could input what we do on a day to day basis. Track our mileage or report expenses and such. I’m not sure what else it may need as we are new to the app and are just starting to use it but I will write up another rating report for when I am used to using the app.Show lessmartinlady
Location
I see there is no option to put location “on while using the app” Am I missing this? I sometimes switch to airplane mode to save battery life. Will this mess with my GPS location?123scooteresque
Next to never works right
It never works right I always have to wait for it to load I takes so long and click on the person then wait again! I’ll click on everything I have to, to clock out and a task will be unmarked even though I clicked 5 time! And I’ll do my task with off line mode and still have to go to the office at least 2 time a work because it didn’t do what it was supposed to!Show lessKrosejonah
Seriously the worst part of my job.
Never stays logged in when clocked in on a shift. The time it takes to log in is painfully slow. The self and client screeners never go through. Sometimes notes won’t upload. I have coworkers that can’t use the app at all. Half the time the location of the clock in/out can’t be pinned. Because of the apps faults, there’s investigatory calls nearly every work day for a majority of employees which in turn makes us look bad. It’s not us. It’s the app being garbage.Show lessSalixTree
Not as good as it could be
My biggest problem with this app is that you need to sign in literally every time you open it. With this technology you should also be able to view your calendar or upcoming shifts, which it doesn’t haveS.Cherukuri
Horrible App!
If I could give the app a negative star I would! I’ve updated my phone just to be sure it wasn’t user error but it’s not. The app shutdown in the middle of use, it’s been several times I’ve been unable to clock in or leave notes. As well as having the client sign. I end up having to complete paper timesheets & notes which makes the app useless!Show lessTerri120
