Very difficult to use the app
I have been an eShakti customer for years and love their dresses, so this review is only about the app itself, which needs a thorough re-design. The worst feature is the “slider” bars that you have to use to enter custom measurements - it would be so much easier to simply type in the numbers. I downloaded the app and made an order because I got an email offering a discount for in-app purchases, but I’ve already deleted it off my phone and don’t plan to use it again unless they significantly improve the design of the app.Show lessdkd84
needs quite a bit of work
I love eshakti but I hate the app. Really, really hate it, a lot.
I found it crashed a lot which made the ordering process really difficult.
As a result, I ended up ordering the wrong item (same fabric but different garment with really similar photos). I had to cancel my first order and re-do it so I could get what I wanted.
I was really hard to enter the custom sizing using the slide bars.
It was really hard to see all the details you needed to see during the ordering process so I ended up going to the site on my laptop to check them. Particularly you don't get a summary of the price and what the different charges are before you pay!
I used the app because of the sale but I won't be using it unless it is going to save me money.
Lots of work required for shoppers like me. May work for users who shop in a really different way to me.Show lessZiabianca
It’d be nice if I could get in
I own 9 eShakti dresses that I love and I would also love to get the app discount, but the app NEVER allows me to log in. I tried the *register* button but it assures me my email address is already registered, so it is not the connectivity issue that the *log in* button implies is the reason it won’t launch (plus all my other apps have no problem using my WiFi). I’ll still buy dresses, but also be severely disappointed that the app glitches are causing me to lose out on discounts that I ought to get.Show lesscentrisbug
Disappointed
I have loved eShakti ever since I first found out about them about six years ago. I own about seven dresses from this company and do plan to keep adding to my wardrobe in the future.
However, I will not be doing so through the app.
Up until I changed phones (I upgraded from a 5c to a 6) a few months ago this app worked completely fine. Yes it did occasionally crash but it wasn’t a big deal. However, whenever I try to log into the app on my new phone I get an alert stating that I cannot reach the server and that I should check my internet connection.
My connection is fine, as is demonstrated by my writing this review on my phone. What is not fine, however, is this app.Show lessMissBasset

I use to like eShakti
I use to like eShakti and use to order from them a lot. I took a break when I was pregnant and when I returned to order again, the return poly has been completely changed and they no longer back up their products with a satisfaction guarantee. I returned a extremely poorly fitting dress (it appears that they didn’t even both to look at my custom measurements even though I paid $7 extra dollars for customization - I have bought things off the rack that fit better). I am now being charged my shipping costs and even though they notified me that they received my item weeks ago, I still do not have my gift card to purchase something else. This will be the last time I take a chance on eShakti - I can purchase clothes that don’t fit close to home and get a full refund if I decide to return them.Show lessSillyGoose01234
Ho hum
The search function does not work on my iPhone 7+. At all. No products are found when you enter the search term “top” or “dress” let alone more complicated options. Love buying from them but the app is rubbish.lray2008
