Love the clothes. The app is buggy.
I prefer using a browser for eShakti. The usability on the app feels too limited. You have to be on specific screen views to zoom in on a photo, which I do on pretty much every photo.
Also, the app froze up when I tried to put in my credit card info. I tried three times to close the app and add it again. Froze every time. I would have simply not bought the clothes if PayPal didn’t end up working, but it did.Show lessKateIzz
Works well for me.
I love the choices of clothing and the ability to customize to my measurements. I would love the app more if all the clothing could show the changes I want to make. It is a bit of a turnoff when there are some dresses that I cannot see what my changes could look like; therefore, I’m not inclined to make a purchase. Trust the skeptic...
Let me preface this by saying I am NOT an “off the rack” kind of girl... I’ve always found it difficult to find clothes to suit my thick AND short frame. So as you can imagine, I went into this fully expecting to be disappointed by my purchase. But I went for the safest and cheapest purchase I could find and was pleasantly surprised! My dress fit perfectly, the material was good, and best of all, it arrived on my doorstep in exactly ONE WEEK. You guys have definitely found a loyal customer in me!Show lessWetalldid

I love using the app! It saves my profile sizes (I just wish you could save more than one size profile) but other than that it’s very easy to use and view their products! Suggestion: nursing friendly clothes
There’s a lot to love about eShakti and about the app. One thing that would really help me out as a breastfeeding (and pumping) mother would be to have a searchable category for existing clothing that’s nursing/pumping-friendly. There are wrap styles and button-down styles that would do the trick, but sometimes it’s hard to tell if a surplice neckline is low enough to get a boob out! Order didn’t go through, but took money
I like this app fine, and appreciate the additional discount. However, the first time I tried to use it, it gave me an error that the order was not able to be placed. There was no record of the order and I didn’t get an email. However, money was taken out of my account. I had to call several times before I was able to speak to a customer service representative who says that it will be taken care of, and I should get my money back in 1 to 2 business days. She said, “sometimes this just happens.” I’m nervous to use it again, regardless of the deals.Show lesssouthernelise

Pockets in everything (unless you ask not to have them) and customizable pocket depth in pants. I love the custom sizing, and the ability to pick neckline, sleeve length, skirt length...and even request other changes which they let you know if they can be done.
