Love eShakti, not totally in love with the app
I have 10+ dresses that I love. Even when I have had problems, the return policy is fantastic. The app however is a little slow to load and I wish the Fabric Customization feature was available on the app, and easier to use than the website if it were added.kqbarnes4
Many photos don’t show up
Not sure why it’s the case but many photos don’t show up until you select it so you’d have to go into each style in order to see what it looks like. Also would be nice if we can modify specifications of the garment already in the shipping bag rather than having to restart the process again when changing details of a garment. Like if I change my mind regarding the customization of a neckline for example, I’d have to re-add the garment to the shopping bag rather than modifying what’s already there.Show lessnyctibius

The new features on the app are so nice! I love that I can see a picture of style changes that I am considering. Navigating the app is super easy - makes it a little too easy to spend too much money =o\Celynnen
App issues
Love the product but can’t get the app to work for a few days, first it wouldn’t take payment, now I can’t log in at all.hvr31
Love the clothes- app not so much
Love eShakti clothes, the custom sizing, the quality & the massive choice. The app however wouldn’t let me scan my credit card, when I entered in the details it just hung. After 24 hours of repeated attempts of trying again or just leaving it & hoping it worked I gave up & used the website.Jaxpitt

I know the clothing will be coming out of India, which means attention to detail, quality fabrics and good service. I found the app easy to use, but would like to see original image to check customisation rather than jumping back and forth.Lilipealea

I’ve received 3 garments recently and just ordered two more. I LOVE what I’ve received! I love the styles, the customization options, and made to my measurements options. Things tend to be a bit big, but that’s okay.
I highly recommend this company. The work is beautiful, shipping is efficient, communication is great. More than happy to receive these beautiful garments from India and not China.

Love the custom sizing
I have narrow shoulders, a larger bust and hips, and a long torso. Dresses frequently have too much fabric in the upper back. But not with eShatki’s custom sizing-everything fits perfectly. Love the new FX feature where you can alter the neckline, sleeves, or hemline to suit your personal style and see how it looks on the model. One improvement would be to offer multiple colors of the solid knit items with the ability to see all the color options at once.Show lessksoknitter
