The old version was easier to use and navigate even though I have been using it everyday. It seems the calendar should be the way it was before
Simple, comprehensive and cheap.
Very easy to use interface, automates messages and good for accounting. The free website is a gem that has boosted my SAR.
Would be good to allow the assigning of other users. Ability for housekeepers to give feedback and upload pictures.

Decent app with poor upgrades
Overall the app works decently well. My biggest problem is that they have rolled out new interfaces with Airbnb that do not work. Also as far as product improvements expect very little. The app has barely changed in the year that I have been using it. The income reports are archaic and don’t make sense and the user interface is from the 80’s.

Love this app
This app is such a time saver. My “thanks for booking” and my pre-arrival messages are all automated, so I don’t have to remember to send them. Worth it for that alone (I only have one listing so I only use the automated messaging feature). Highly recommended!
Completely annoying
• Would not even open once downloaded

The absolute best channel manager
We had used a couple of their channel managers but they each had so many short comings and slow to update their platforms.
We have used Porter for a year now and it’s like having our vacation rental on autopilot.
Platform is regularly getting upgrades.

Opens but closes instantly on iOS 13
The app opens but closes after 3 seconds. It doesn’t even load up.

Fantastic app
I’ve been using Your Porter for about 6 months now. Found it by chance and started using it to manage 15 Airbnb properties. I use it mostly for its unified comms and calendar and quite frankly, I could not have built my business without it. It is clear and simple to use; the developers are very responsive to queries and suggestions and evidentially, they are on a journey to regularly refine and improve the app.
There are many apps out there that claim to help Airbnb property managers. Nearly all charge a % of your revenue and don't seem to realise this feels like just another tax on our hard work. Your Porter is a flat rate subscription per property per month, which is really unique and beneficial. Whilst many tech cos want to capitalise on Airbnb’s success and market share, it is worth noting that margins for hosts and property managers are pretty slim. Your Porter’s flat rate subscription model is unique and really helpful.

A well thought out app
I had used other apps to manage my Airbnb listings and this is the best one by far. What I like best is that all messages go through Airbnb messaging system so my response rate score is now perfect. I especially like their auto response when I get an inquiry or booking. I never worry if I have failed to respond within 30 minutes because this app says 100% reliable for me.
