So many problems with the app just not letting me in, it freezes and won’t load. I think it needs an update asap!

This is a terrible app. It seems to not work about as often as it does work. Feature poor and full of terrible design decisions. Just use the website.

Why does my app keep refusing to open and coming up error? Then I delete it and reinstall it, and it works fine again. It’s getting really annoying.

What’s the point of using facial recognition if you still have to put in a PIN?
Auto login on opening please, instead of having to press two buttons, face recognition, PIN and then open to an empty screen.

iPad Fail
This version will not display in landscape mode on an iPad. You also do not have the option to do multiple transfers without returning to the home screen.
It's... fine. But why does it have such a generic name?
You understand this isn't the only app we have on our phones, right? It's not even the only bank app I have. Put the name of the bank as the name of the app. "Your Banking". It's not yours, it's mine.
The app itself works. That's about as much as can be said. It's about the useful as the last version, though it looks a little different.

Do not love.
Absolute joke. Moving the quick balance from the Home Screen was dumb. But then neither quick balance nor savings goal actually work. I’ve tried to set them multiple times and it never saves it.
