Help!
I can’t add the app to my home screen…”open” is the only option given.
Doesn’t work at all since upgrade
I can’t log in. It says I’m in then immediately logs me out due to inactivity and tells me to do a mandatory upgrade which I can’t do as it won’t let me in! Lose lose situation

Absolutely useless. Did not automatically transition access when upgraded and when app reinstalled freezes when forced to enter new password. States password must have 3 of the 4 categories then produces error stating password must be numeric before freezing . . . Still no access.
Add a option to select to add new account
Would be a lot better if we could have a option to select to add a new account online and in the app only thing wrong with it other than that it’s great.
Works okay
Would be nice to add the facial recognition feature like the other banking apps.
Solid App
Does everything it needs to well without piling on all the other jank. If you want contactless, how about you remember to bring your card?
Activate seniors travel card
How complicated can you make it? I have to open a bank account? I do not do internet banking. I give up.
Will have to phone and see if that is any more straightforward.

Terrible app with very limited functionality, no where near as good as commonwealths apps services, add some useful features 👎
Apple Pay
Time to seriously update your app and add “ Apple Pay “, you have to move on with the times.
Basically a mobile Bank Branch!
This app has been a lifesaver for me as I haven’t lived near a branch for at least 10 years. Does everything you could need, especially now that you can manager your cards and pin! Fantastic.
