I can’t get the cam to record for some reason no matter what I do u can manually record no problem but when it comes to the crunch and the app of going off saying the cam has detected a human body but cant view the footage it’s supposed to record 🤔00omg123

This app and the Sri Cams are fine under certain conditions but know that these are not secure. Any cam that does not require setting up your router to use will use a main server somewhere else. This is bad. They sever owners can access your camera video AND audio.
Many times my camera clicks and then turns to look right at me. Its not rebooting. It does it while Im sitting right next to it.
If you must use this app and these Chinese products you should connect them to a dedicated wireless network that does NOT have access to any other devices or computers on your network. Also keep important things out of the cameras field of view. They have your IP so they also know where you live, and that your house is empty. Same goes for alexa etc. use a dedicated wireless network. Or don’t, you can be the easier target and they will leave me alone.Show lessAnotherBrian
Cellular cinnection not allowed
I hv 2 types of ip camera. All are cloud based
with unique ID.
When I am out of my home network,
on 3G/4G cellular connection, SriCam has issues displaying, even showing cameras are not detected. Another brand has 4 IP cameras, is working fine on the same carrier.
Ironically if wifi is used in say hotel or shopping mall, Sri Cam is working. This suggest Sri Cam

Not sending notifications
All are enabled on settings, but no notifications or whatsoever when movement. Was working well before then all the sudden gone!Sass76mae

Camera resets every 24 hours
Since late last years update the cameras reset their settings every 24 hours and stops alarm recording. Emailed them and they said a fix would be available soon... its been 8 months.
