  • Pretty good - for the money

    Plus points:
    Excellent value (if you paid c£30 for the camera.). It tilts, zooms and records.
    It alerts your mobile phone if it detects movement and automatically records.
    Design of the camera is pretty good and allows for upside down mounting on a ceiling.
    Could-do-better points:
    (Or can-get better-if-you-pay-more)
    It only records onto anSD card which a burglar could find and steal. Wi-fi enables recording to Google Drive or similar would be much better and must only involve a software tweak.
    Switching alerts on and off (when you go out for instance) is a faff of clickiness.
    To clear alerts, you have to open and close the app twice. No idea why.

    This is not a high-end security system. But, for piece of mind, it’s good value.

    Don’t buy, won’t work. Just designed for Chinese only

    Can not look at cameras without being on wifi.. very poor since new upgrade
  • Can’t open in 2 or 3 devices same time

    When I bought the cameras I can open the same camera in more than one device, but now I can’t, now when I open in one device and the open in another device the first one close so I can’t keep watching on the first one.

    5 stars when it’s working correctly but u get one just for the app bc I cannot access any of my three cameras happens after every update: saying off-line red dot timeout error & just stopped working completely I have unplugged it I have reset it with the button in the back I have unplugged my Wi-Fi and plugged it back in it I’ve disconnected every connection available & nothing they were perfect b4 this update now I can’t even use any of the three good thing I have a different kind for the important areas it is imperative For safety reasons that I can access my cameras please hurry

    I have been using Sricam on 4 cams for years great app although I have had the recent problem with time out error 2. tried everything & have now solved my issue. All I did was I registered again using a new email address & re added my devices from scratch luckily I didnt need to re connect my cams to the router so would suggest registering with WiFi on I have SD cards installed so was also lucky not to lose recordings. may not work for everyone but worked for me. Hope it works for those that require it.
    Otherwise I love the app to date

  • Bad App

    I have had this for one year and still cannot get it to record and playback on iPhone. It won’t even connect on pc. Can’t edit settings. Has a noise, like a motor running. Notifications are impossible to setup. Need computer degree which I don’t have. Is in same room as router and 6 feet from router and is constantly off line.

  • Can’t connect

    Cannot connect to iOS 13.2.3
  • Update limits Logins.

    Since the most recent update the app does not allow you to log in on multiple devices as it did before. I use a Firestick to view a cam as well as on my phone but now the app just crashes and asks for password and login. My Wife cannot keep an eye on the baby with her device if I’m checking the door with mine. It’s become useless for day to day use.

    I’m very disappointed in this camera it crashes constantly and it is very hard to set up it is just a lousy system will not buy this type of camera again
