Avoid!! They don’t care about customers!
1) Asks for location continuously!!!
2) Very, very, very slow start up! (when it works)
3) They don’t care about their customers or their opinions! (Just check the feedback)
4) The don’t update regularly to help resolve problems! Over a year of customers complaining and they have done nothing to help!!!
5) Again, stop begging for our location!!!

6) CAMERAS REFLECT THE WINDOW AT NIGHT!!!!
Other cameras have a function to switch off the infra LEDs, these people don’t allow you to do that! A big minus point!! Pathetic!!!
7) Now, they don’t even let you watch cameras on different devices! So now family members or staff are locked out!
If anyone is thinking about buying these cameras, please don’t!

Worked great for a few months. I must have missed the expiration date when I bought it. It had a short life span. It doesn’t even make a good paper weight. Completely worthless. Spend a few extra $$$ and get something other than this waste of resources that was used to produce it.Jsazwhat

Good when it works...
I like Sricam, however sometimes it just refuses to work. That terrible timeout error message comes up constantly, and recently it just shows my cameras as offline when they clearly are not. It’s time the developers of this app and these cameras got it together, fix all the bugs and make it run smoothly. Come on Sricam you have a lot of potential but it’s so infuriating when you cannot view your cameras. I paid a lot of money for my cameras and I expect them to work ALL THE TIME. The app doesn’t connect to the cameras anymore. The last updates have ruined the system and can not connect no longer. The company doesn’t respond and cannot get any clear instructions on how to re connect. It’s a lemon. Waist of moneyMeDeeBeAR
Timeouts all the time
I get timeouts all the time. The screen takes forever to update when configuring. Unusable.Sglebs
