Motion detect not working
Ok if app is on but once the app is closed motion detect no longer works. A bit silly really. I have other things to do other than watch a camera all dayJozep123456
Not working
It used to work but not anymore with mobile data, I have to find a wifi and connect to it before I try to access the cameras. Apple phone with t-mobile. Only works if you’re on wifi.
They need to update the app accordingly.Iko17

Push doesn’t work
Can’t get push notifications to work. Mail alert function works properly but not push.Plxhhd
Serves it’s purpose
It does the job. The app is a little like the first website created on the internet. My only complaint is that the mute button can’t be permanently on. When I open the cameras at work it suddenly blares whatever noise even when my phone is silent. It’s a little more than annoying.MikeBerns

Reset administrator password
I give this app 1 star because this app does not have the feature/ability to retrieve or reset a password, I forgot my administrator password I can’t retrieve it.Marquito22
Won’t open
iOS updated and camera now always offline unless I’m standing next to the camera. That serves no purpose for viewing while I’m away. Once this is fixed my review will reflect the change once updated and corrected.JUZZME NVG
