  • BEST APP EVER

    I just finished my first week on GYM PLAN and wow! All of the workouts are awesome and if there is a certain one I can’t do because of a knee injury there are alternates! I’ve shown all my friends this app and even my dad who’s been working out for years wants to download it! One of my favorite parts of this app is “statistics” page because it shows you what’s you’ve worked out and what body parts you’re working out the most. I love the personal feel of the app especially chatting with the coaches who are also the founders! If you’re on the fence about downloading this app and paying the monthly fee I say go for it or at-least try it out because it is definitely worth paying for!

  • Soo in love with this app!!!

    I am the person WHO NEVER PAYS FOR AN APP, until this one!! I have been going to the gym for a few months now but stay away from certain machines or weights Bc I feel like if I go do them, I'd look like a dummy. This app tells you what to do and if you don't know what that is...you just watch the 5-10 sec video provided right next to the plan! I LOVE IT! It once called for a certain machine that my gym doesn't have, I sent a text asking what to do in place of that...I got a response within 30 minutes. (I look over my plan the day before) This app makes me want to go to the gym. I'm on a 3 week plan now, but already have my next one picked out! This is really awesome and it's like you really do have a personal trainer. I would recommend this to everyone who wants a little more confidence at the gym. It gives me direction when I am there.

  • Love it!

    I was considering getting a personal trainer...but the monetary investment had me second guessing if it was worth it. So I decided to do it by myself. I had no clue...vaguely remembered doing 3 sets of 10 during high school...figured I would alternate between arms (every freaking machine that had an arm on it) and legs (same) and beast out abs, back and cardio daily...eeehhhh. So then my friend said why don’t you try this app called gym plan...it’s not expensive, gives you an organized plan, variety of exercises, gives you macros (btw I was eating whatever and had no clue as to what a macro was...), and you have access to a coach for guidance. I mean that’s a lot of great stuff for like $8/month...I figured if it totally sucked I’d just discontinue. Well let me say that so far I absolutely love it! This app keeps me focused on a set goal; the coaches actually help (suggest plans for those of us who are clueless, check on you and your progress) and respond in a timely manner to your concerns; I feel like I’m making progress; and there are tons of workout plans to challenge you so you won’t get bored (you can record the weight you lift to track progress, videos so you can see form and what machine/equipment to use, plans are customizable). I say give it a try.

  • Browsed several plans and they called for 250g carbs!!!

    I think this app needs some work. The nutrition portions are a joke ha. Each one called for 200g + carbs and more than protein. Hello diabetes and fat!!!

    I changed to 3 stars because you responded but I’m not messing up what I’m seeing. I want to but 30lbs because I have high body fat and the macros are 280g Carb, 222g Protein and 95g fat. I know the basics of weight loss and this macro ratio is absurd in my humble opinion.

    I am overweight after three hernia surgeries and an abdominal reconstruction. I need to get back in shape and was hoping to use this app vs. paying my former IFBB trainer but this nutrition plan is very questionable.

  • Just get it.

    The team is awesome and super responsive. I love that they laid out my nutrition for my goals and have the info of when to have certain macros. It's great to not to have to think about entering my workouts into another app from a book or other source. Really glad they added the ability to log weights and reps. They're dedicated to continuous improvement!

  • Workouts for dummies

    I am 63 yr old and have had several gym memberships in my lifetime! I have never ventured past the treadmill and easy machine. Was afraid I would hurt myself by doing something wrong, or look like a dummy. This app gives me directions with video that gives me the confidence I need to get in there and push myself out of my comfort zone! At my age it’s gonna take some time to learn new habits, but with 3 coach's at my disposal how can I go wrong! Thanks guys, you have been amazingly responsive to all my silly questions with no judgement!

  • Great App - Glad I downloaded It!

    I have beennusing this App for a few months On and off and I am very pleased with this App. The work outs are creative and never boring. Whenever I have had a question or concern, the team responds very quickly and always helps me and explains it in a way that I can understand. They've really helped me out and I definitely recommend this app!

  • Feels Like Family

    I usually don’t write reviews but have been using the app off and on for about a year I’d say. Anytime I’ve ever had a concern it was addressed within the day. These guys are invested in my well being and actually take the time to check in on me along the way. That’s what kept me coming back! I don’t have a gym membership but I do have a small gym at home and it’s nice to have quality programs that I can do from home. The monthly fee isn’t a payment it’s an investment into the hard work these guys put into this app. It’s not perfect and there is always room for improvement but these guys got the model! I am excited for the what’s to come and the thankful for the opportunity to be apart of the crew!

  • Impressed so far

    I just downloaded and subscribed to the app, but the overall look and attention put into this product is impressive at first glance. I am start my program today and will do an update later. I will say that in addition to the product, the attention and recommendation of the staff has been very encouraging. I look forwarded to these gains.

  • Love, love, love

    I used the app for free for a week and then purchased the monthly subscription. So worth it. The workouts are always fresh. The planning is done for you. This is perfect for someone like me who has a busy schedule, kids, and no time to meet with a trainer. I've recommended this to several friends and I would highly recommend trying to anyone reading this. 💪🏼
