The Best Podcast for everyone!
Good Service Podcast ❤️ This is everything any person could want in a podcast. However what makes it the ultimate Podcast is it’s faith based! They welcome all people ! All walks of life and backgrounds!!! Just like Jesus did !! I can not stress how important welcoming one and all is! Everything they speak on is relatable! This needs more advertising! They need more help circulating their Podcast!!!! It is more then just faith it shows how to reach a community that is all welcoming this is the biggest Hype point because when people feel welcomed they listen and tend to open up! We all need each other and they show you how by faith and by strength in community all things are possible with GOD and a foundation! Love this ! Ben and Kevin are a perfect combination for Podcast and anything else because their vibe is one of acceptance and Love and don’t forget the laughs ! Love the Podcast also shout out to all behind the scenes there !!!! We thank you!

Terrible customer support and functionality
… but still one the most reliable ways to pay creators you enjoy regularly, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars and not one.
But, honestly, I was trying to update my email which was being glitchy and wouldn’t let me do the normal way and since getting in contact with customer support and so far they have only made the problem worse.
Originally, I was still able to log in to use my account and access my rewards but since they “tried to help” I have had my log ins broken so I can’t get in but I’m still getting charged. To get it sorted, before the log I was broken, they requested a ridiculously long list of requirements to prove who I am, including but not limited to: The IP address in using, the dates and amounts of my last 2 payments to them and card details from those payments (even though I pay through PayPal so they don’t have that info)
I told them I could still log in (because I could at the time) so they shouldn’t need that info but I couldn’t change my email. They asked me to do a screen record to show the issue, which is when the log in stopped working. I told them this and they’ve ignored me for a week now so I’m probably going to get charged again without access.
Absolutely appalling. Definitely gone downhill since they started doing investment rounds - clearly prioritising their market value over their usability…

This app allows Russian bots to close pro Ukrainian sites
Definitely not continuing with Patreon, creators can lose their income without a dispute process (as just happened to Artur Rehi) Patreon are so arrogant they don’t even provide him with a dispute process. They bend to Russian bots, makes you also wonder if they are benefiting off the frozen funds in Patreon accounts- no thanks

Seriously y’all need to fix the apps embedded video system every creator i support who uses it the experience is awful, my wifi is perfect not laggy on any other platform except yours genuinely the videos r unwatchable because of how bad the quality is and how much it buffers the ui design is just so bad especially when trying to search for things fix ur embedded system already it’s 2024

Cannot access subscriptions on Patreon mobile with most recent update, even after updating iPhone to newest iOS. Not able to use app for almost a month.
