Needs to be updated for watchOS 10 and 11

Music playback controls don’t fit on the screen forcing users to go into another app to adjust music playback. The developers have had more than a year to fix this problem. Please fix it!

Good - but could be better

I’d like to be able to add an extra instruction of comment to my custom exercises. Just a name seems limited.
Also I found a way to copy a link to a workout and add that to reminders but for the life of me I can’t find it again!
Also - more time options before a timed exercise please. Takes me longer than those offered to get into position!

Missing features

It would be great if the app could shuffle my music—a basic feature that seems to be missing. Additionally, I’d love to have timed exercises, where the app tells me when to rise and when to pump during a set of 10 pumps, for instance. It would also be helpful if the workout routine could progress automatically without requiring me to press a button for each new exercise.

Needs some upgrades

I like that streaks is the most customisable workout app in terms of adding custom exercises and routines. The watchOS app needs a UI update for compatibility though as many controls are not visible on the screen so you need to navigate to the now playing app or whatever app is playing music to skip tracks, play or pause during a workout. I find it frustrating that the iPhone app pauses when you go to a different screen, even if it is during a break between sets. What if you’re responding to a message or checking something during your rest and you don’t want the break timer to pause. Overall this could be a better app than what it is but I still like it.

CHange the counting method for goodness sakes

Please let me enter the count as a way to start the rest period instead of using a timer. A timer to use as a counting method is not useful for anyone doing sets to failure, yet entering the count could be used for failure sets and anyone who prefers not being rushed by a timer and feeling like they can be more in control of entering data.

If you can't follow my below example, I'm sorry but I ca'nt do all the work for you. This is my second attempt at posting and I hope it goes through this time.

Workout- push up Set, Lat Pulls Set, Pull-Ups Set,

Push start to begin...
Push-ups Set 1 -
Enter rep count to begin rest period of 45 seconds and get ready to start Set 1 Lat Pulls.
Lat Pulls Set 1 -
Enter count to Rest-45 second countdown... Begin Pull-ups Set 1 in 3... 2... 1...
Pull-ups set 1-
Enter rep count to begin rest period of 45 seconds and then begin .
Push-ups Set 2- "Enter rep count to begin rest period of 45 while getting ready for Lat-pulls Set 2 in 3... 2... 1...
...
Push-ups, final Set 3-Enter count to complete workout. and rest 45 seconds.
etc.

The counts would be like filling in a spread sheet with a row for each workout and moving from one emtpy cell on one row, to the next row and emtpy cell until its forced to go back to the first row. Limit the columns of data by labeling each as a set.

The best exercise app

I really like that I can focus on exercise and the speaker will tell me what is the next exercise and when!

Adding my own exercises is awesome too - I could add all the exercises my girlfriend wanted to do.

I only miss adding GIF as the exercise picture - maybe it will be possible in one of the next updates!
But even without it - it’s the best exercise apps I’ve tried - and one that I can actually stick to!

simple but powerful

this app is very useful.
easy to use, beautiful and simple experience.
i have been use it 1 week. so far so good

Great app- couple of improvements would make it 5 star

1: when you are doing a workout with lots of different exercises, the list of exercises at the bottom and what is coming next does not scroll across until you start the next exercise which is off screen (basically you can’t see what exercise is coming next when you reach the end of the on screen icons)

2: not tested recently but I don’t see my heart rate from either Apple Watch or Garmin on Apple TV (phone app uses Apple Watch heart rate l)- prob an Apple TV limitation perhaps

Perfectly approachable

After the minimalist brilliance of Streaks, anyone looking to onboard to a fitness regimen won't think twice. One must inquire: Streaks, in a stroke of genius, appears in the macOS appstore as well as the iOS store after purchase - a phone app on the computer - amazing! 24 more tasks! So why then when Streaks Workout is purchased, does the same not happen? Would be wonderful to have Streaks Workout on a laptop in larger print format. This is the second note: both apps will be lifesavers for the elderly, possibly literally: the default text flow on both apps are not legible and too small for anyone but those with spry, young eyeballs. A font size slider in aid of larger would be helpful. All the voices are great! If they could read the exercise tips as a settings selection that would also allow less looking and more concentrating on the body.

A couple of things

I like this app but there are 2 issues I'm suffering

1- Apple Watch app is really buggy. Verbal instructions work perfect but the display always come from behind. (Tried it with custom workout)

2- If you want to use it for traditional weight lifting in the gym, you have very limited icon options.
