Great App for Automating Blinds!
Haved used this for several years now and it keeps getting better. Have four rooms under Neo control.
One tip - if you find that some rooms don't always fire on schedule, add a second matching command 2 minutes later. I've never had a fail in the last two years with this approach.jiverson123

I am absolutely secure in recommending this company and their product/app.
I had some trouble getting my storm shutters to pair. Through no fault of the app, or the hub. Of course I was disappointed.
Customer service to the rescue. After a few emails back and forth, and a 41 minute phone call, they walked me through it from beginning to end. Even got me connected to Google Home, AND answered all of my questions, and others I didn't know to ask.

Thank you Shawn for your help with my shades. Shawn helped me reprogram my one shade that wasn’t working and two shades that needed readjusting. He was very patient and took time to make sure I fixed all of my shades.AmyGaut

Set up
I had a great deal of difficulty setting up Neo smart blinds controller(You need 2.4GH Wifi. I had to turn off the 5GH wifi in my Orbi). Shawn Marosek was very patient and walked me through all the way to set it up finally. I sincerely appreciated the support and help!

We’ve had Neo Smart Blinds for a couple years now & have been quite happy with them. We recently ran into a challenge with the app, which is in the process of being addressed. Having struggled to get my blinds to behave as intended with the app.
Having explained the situation to Shawn Marosek who was patient and pleasant and explained things for a simpleton like me …. He had my blinds and app working like a rock star in under 5 minutes after I struggled all night!
Kudos to Shawn and the tech team for their knowledge and inner working with motorized blinds, controller and app!!

I was having trouble with my Neo Smart Blinds connection to the Bell Wi-Fi. Only some of them were working. I called Shawn I tech-support and I had a conversation with him and he after and after many different trials and errors we had successfully put in all of the blinds going exactly the way I wanted through my Google app. I really appreciate the support and I’m very happy with the service.
