Great app! Please add widgets
I can't overstate how much I love this app and the accompanying hardware. I have 10 motorized blindster blinds around my house and wanted to find a way for years to control them on schedules instead of the terrible RF remotes. This app works really well and I commend the developers for their work.
If you add widget support I would be over the moon. My smart garage door and lights have widgets which really bring them to the next level, and if you can add a way to put a few blinds in a widget that would make it even easier to open and close blinds on demand.
The Google home integration works for now but sometimes I don't want to, or can't speak commands.

NeoSmart Blinds Technical Support
I have been in touch with an excellent technical expert from NeoSmart Blinds (NSB) who provided a thorough and detailed assistance in the programming of one of my shades in the living room of our house. I got the new shade as a replacement for the one whose motor broke about 3 years ago. After I received the new shade, I called NSB technical support and fortunately Khalil picked up my call. He helped me pair the new shade with the remote controller and program the new shade to operate in unison with the other 4 old shades in our living room. Many thanks to Khalil, the 5 shades now close and open all simultaneously at the scheduled times. Khalil was great at telling me detailed instructions over the phone, especially since the NSB app is not exactly very user friendly. He stayed with me the whole time on the phone and never once did he show any irritation with my many questions. He has a gentle and reassuring voice and has excellent telephone manners. Khalil has amazing listening skills and overall customer service skills. What I appreciate most about Khalil is his detailed knowledge of the hardware (the shade), as well as the software app and was able to direct me to the correct screens of the app. Khalil is a great asset to the company and a delight to work with as a technical support person!

iOS Shortcuts / Add to Siri
These no longer work, clicking add to Siri in scenes adds the shortcut in the shortcuts App but cannot be run returns an error.
Latest update has broken shortcuts integration
The app worked very well up until the latest update. This update looks to have broken the shortcuts integration. Please investigate & resolve this issue promptly.

The application works well and has no real issues. Blinds work well and works with Siri Shortcuts.
The in app settings donβt allow to update or change the account email, but I contacted customer support via email and they responded and helped within 24 hours.

Neo Smart Blinds Support
After installing a new version of the app I experienced problems resetting my blinds.
The support I received from Neo Smart Blinds was outstanding. Thanks to Khalil in Tech Support all blinds are now functioning as they should.

Fantastic support
My wife recently purchased new blinds for our bedroom and I could not get them to pair with the hub. I reached out to support and they responded quickly. They helped me pair the new blinds. Now with the automation we can close/open all 3 blinds with a single command. Again, support was awesome.
Great App for Automating Blinds!
Haved used this for several years now and it keeps getting better. Have four rooms under Neo control.
One tip - if you find that some rooms don't always fire on schedule, add a second matching command 2 minutes later. I've never had a fail in the last two years with this approach.

Customer service to the rescue. After a few emails back and forth, and a 41 minute phone call, they walked me through it from beginning to end. Even got me connected to Google Home, AND answered all of my questions, and others I didn't know to ask.
If you're automating your home, please support this company. They really make you feel like you have a friend.

Excellent service
Thank you Shawn for your help with my shades. Shawn helped me reprogram my one shade that wasnβt working and two shades that needed readjusting. He was very patient and took time to make sure I fixed all of my shades.
