    Shawn walked me through the steps to reset the limit of one of my blinds and then followed up with written instructions. Very impressed!

  • Great tool, great service

    The Neo Smart Blinds was a bonus happy discovery when I found out they work with my Alpha Motor controlled blinds. Now I no longer need to find the remote control or click several buttons to get to the right blinds. Everything can be controlled from the convenience of my phone. Also allows me to set schedules to auto open or close blinds for day and night. It syncs with Alexa and Google, even better, since I can get Alexa to do all that work with voice command :). When there was an issue with one of my blinds not connecting back to with Alexa after a recharge, I sent Neo an email and they called me back in hour, solved it in a sec. Great service, user friendly app, great functions. A game changer for a lazy person like me!

  • Ok but slow to open app

    App works ok for what is needed however even on the latest phones on a perfect network the app takes way too long to startup.

  • Excellent app services

    I have recently changed my wifi network to 5g which cased the automated blind app disconnected. After splitting the network, I was still facing connection issues. However, the customer support went above and beyond to make sure the app connects to the current wifi network and the automated blind works smoothly. I would highly recommend Neo Smart Blind app.

  • Great customer support

    Recently bought new automatic blinds to add my existing window covering solution. Customer support to sync these blinds was outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure they were synced for a minor glitch. Highly recommended the app and supporting hardware!

  • Schedules stopped working after 1 yr

    The last update for this app has caused an issue with the schedules (sunrise / sunset) to stop working.

    The app SCHEDULE (sunrise) is not opening the blinds, so I have to open the app and click the heart icon to open the blinds to their favorite position.

    The SCHEDULE (sunset) to close the blinds is working.

    I've tried all the basic trouble shooting steps online with the exception of removing and reinstalling the app or removing the bluetooth / wifi controller.

    Will try calling customer / tech support to see if they can assist.

    I just wanted to post this in case anyone else has noticed this.

    OS: iOS 16.7

  • iPhone App works like a charm

    We recently moved into a condo fitted with NeoBlinds and operated with a handheld remote. If you’re like me, my phone is always in hand but where did I put that remote?! Anyways the NeoBlinds app has much more customization and easier to use than the remote. Adding schedules like all blinds up at sunrise or down at sunset is super useful. Highly recommend. Also compatible with Google Home and Nest equipment

  • excellent and reliable system

    i have been using neo smart blinds / hub for the last 3 years and the hub model i have is CR-300 and it is very very reliable. works perfectly with alexa. i also have to mention that the customer service is abosolutely world class...Sean helped me to fixed an issue I was dealing with for weeks and he was able to resolve it in 10 mins! great product with great people.

  • Great Technical Support

    Had three blinds installed and connected the Neo Smart Blinds App. This worked perfectly with a small technical issue which was resolved very quickly. Supplier provide a forth blind with a completly different motor which proved problematic when working through the App. I contacted Neo technical support who were fantastic, problem solved via a video call between Canada and Scotland. The Issue was simply resolved. Great service from Neo technical support.
