Super easy to use app. I have other vendor apps and by far this is the best one. The help desk is exceptional. Not only did Shawn answer my question, he gave me suggestions to improve the way we use the product. I have had this app for 3 years and it is simple and great .
You can schedule multiple settings for your blind throughout the day.
I have incorporated the app with my Mira max motorized blinds and I am quite happy.
When I had them installed and I was setting up the app. The staff at Neo Smart blinds were extremely patient and helpful and it was an easy set up to do.
Shawn recently helped me with a small problem and within minutes my issue was resolved.
Great app great customer support I am extremely pleased with this company and their customer service.

Would be great if you could add widget feature to this app that can reduce a step for controlling blinds.
Login to the app takes too long even though I have a good internet connction.
After adding rooms, it would be good if I can edit the rooms so I can put my whole home controlling to the top and bedrooms to bottom and living room in the middle section.Show lesshjunjin
