  • Great App Great Product Great Client Service

    Had some issues with my controller and the client service was AMAZING. This product is the best for the price and the app is easy to use and let me control all my blinds in the house. Can’t wait to add new product after the renovations and try their new service Go Smart Blinds

  • Works well, could have more customization

    The app works seamlessly with my Google home. Not sure if this is an incompatibility on the Neo side or Google but you’re not able to ask the system to close blinds halfway via voice control. Only possible if you go into the app and pause where the blinds should stop. Sometimes rollers blinds don’t roll together simultaneously.

  • My best home automation upgrade

    Did all roller shades and curtains of our house and everything is working flawlessly. Easy user friendly and intuitive app!

  • Poor Responsiveness

    Whilst the set up was fairly straightforward the control pad once rooms have been set up is rather unresponsive would be great if it were a little more touch sensative than it is in coming updates

  • App is probably spying

    App does not let me control my shades today. Just does not let me in saying there is no internet connection. First, the connection is fine as I am writing this review on the same phone. And then, why do I need internet to control my blinds when I am home? It seems they have issues with their servers. And I don't want to be dependent on their servers to operate my shades.

  • Homekit support please!

    Managed to use shortcuts in iOS to automate the blinds, will be great to have Homekit support in future updates.

  • Entry level app for electric blinds

    Not completely smart at its current stage eg does not show the % open or closed; especially important if you are away, which is most likely when you would use the app over the supplied remote control. I have the louvolite vision blinds.

However, most motors do not have the capability to send blind positions to the app. We currently have this option on the app for owners of Neo motors.   • Pretty good, but needs the following improvements

    Siri works well in scenes, but it needs to be part of Apples Home kit app to properly integrate it into an Apple users smart home. Some improved functionality would be helpful, indication that the blind is up, down or in between the upper and lower limits. Being able to reorder blinds in a room by dragging to a new position rather than relying on alpha numeric name order. Beings able to move or copy blinds from room to room without having to set up from scratch. Well done for the app so far, keep going to get that elusive last star!

  • Great Customer Service

    I was struggling to figure out how to get this set up. To get it set up and properly working I called customer service. David was fantastic and so helpful. He walked me through it and after that it’s been working great! If you call definitely speak with David!!

  • Could be better

    We’ve had issues where some blinds in a room do not open (or close) via the schedule. We can manually use the remote or the app and that works.

    Why is the scheduling also limited to 40?

    Proper HomeKit support would also be nice since Siri Shortcuts can only go so far.

    I do like how you can set the limits and favourite positions through the app.
